1st one I ordered the wood was messed up. 2nd one the instructions are hard to understand no tools, no screw holes needed on bottom and brackets not bent to fit. I will rig it but still not happy.

The screws and holes do not line up and the seat is very flimsy. It was bought as Christmas gift and to be used as a memorial bench for my grandson we lost. I even went to the expense of having a plaque made for it and I was so embarrassed when it was assembled and comments were made about the quality of it.

First of all i think someone on the packaging line just grabbed a handful of screws and bolts and tossed in the bag. Not enough of what was required so had to substitute. The assembly was easy, but I don’t know how long it will hold up with people sitting on it. Probably more for decoration than daily use.

Somewhat easy to put together, arm rests are metal and hold up the bench, wooden pieces for everything else but the back is plastic. It seems semi sturdy but we havnt had a problem with 2 large grown men sitting on it.
