This product seems top-notch in all regards. The teak is heavy, the fasteners are stainless, and the construction and finish are of high quality. The product is easy to assemble with the included Allen key. Even the packaging is thoughtfully done; the cardboard box is noticeably heavy and the silica bags are taped inside instead of them being loosely tossed. Although the particular placement of silica bags is likely of no real concern, this care of packaging is consistent with the obvious attention paid to other details. It’s all really impressive. Finally, I emailed with AquaTeak about the purchase, and their customer support was also excellent.

We started off looking at similar smaller items but then found that the weight limit on many was not high enough for what we needed. (300lbs plus) This was well packaged when it arrived and very heavy. Assembled easily and had all the parts. It is VERY sturdy and although we spent twice what we had planned, for a gift for my former husband from my sons, it was well worth the money for a far superior quality item that will do the job and last a long time. It also fit perfectly from side to side in his shower as if it were made for the space. Highly recommend !

This piece is really great! Packaged well and took less than 10 minutes to assemble. Has adjustable feet at the bottom so if your floor isn’t level you can adjust the bottoms so it doesn’t rock. High quality teak, color is just as pictured. Using it as a bench in our guest bathroom. 10/10 would recommend.

We purchased this teak bench for our new walk-in shower in our master bath. This is a great product, very sturdy and simple to assemble. However, it appears the wood is stained with a light orangy-colored stain which while it looks nice can be CONSIDERABLY improved... using a palm sander I hand-sanded the bench down to the actual bare teak surface (sanded away the light stain coating). Then I applied a couple coats of teak sealer (NOT TEAK OIL) and voila! the gorgeous natural grain really popped! Because I used teak sealer (and not teak oil), I actually sealed IN the natural teak oil into the grain, the surface is now waterproof (water beads up), and will prohibit mildew growth.For anyone who is even remotely handy, I strongly recommend taking these additional steps to convert this great product into a gorgeous product! I don't usually do reviews but this is probably one of the nicest things I've ever bought myself on Amazon. The wood is just thick and rich and solid. We bought a new house and I'm glad I treated myself to this bench.

Not much to say beyond my headline. This is so well made, and packaged. When it's put together it doesn't have the feel of a flat-packed piece of furniture. 100% recommend.

This is clearly not teak wood . Just cheap wood with cheap paint on it . The price is ok if it was teak but this is a scam for a cheap bench to be at this price .

Nice bench but the rubber feet were awful- it left blue stains all over the white tiles
