This is great once we got it up and useable. It’s a real pain to put together though! It requires two people unless you want to be frustrated. There are definitely some trick steps in the assembly. No missing parts, and all in all I think it will be sturdy. It’s definitely more appealing than an umbrella on the deck.

Beautiful color, easy to open and close, but the instructions were upside down. Took a bit before that was figured out.

I have had this awning for 2 years now and it has been great! The sun has faded it but other than that this thing has REALLY held up. Very impressed for the price.

Both extending arms were damaged, not bad enough to prevent usage but still damaged. Otherwise it looks good. Instructions were not the best, you will need to be mechanically inclined in order to assemble and install.

Hands down the best awning for the price! Super easy to setup and install. I had this awning assembled and installed in just about an hour and a half, working by myself! (Tons of YouTube videos to help with installation as well). Strong, sturdy metal frame and the awning material is heavy duty. The customer service is AMAZING! I had a question, so I reached out to them. They messaged back almost immediately. Very satisfied customer. Would definitely purchase from them again and recommend to anyone!

As a lot of the reviews stated the instructions were a little hard to follow, but once you laid everything out it started to make sense. Once it was assembled the actual installation was very simple. You do need 2 people to install. We are REALLY happy with our awning. We are actually thinking of getting another one to cover the other 1/2 of our deck.

These are definitely not a one-man installation job. Once you figure out the installation on the first, the second goes a bit easier. They seem to be constructed of good quality material, but the screws that come with it are soft and you can easily strip the tops with your power driver. Then, you can't get them back out if needed. After getting it installed according to instructions, I cranked it all the way out (8ft) and a small breeze almost flipped the entire thing on the roof. If I hadn't reeled it all the way back in when I did, there would have been serious damage. Once there was no breeze at all, I put it back out and it seemed to support itself OK. Whomever designed these awnings should find a different job. Rain water will accumulate in the middle until the weight breaks everything. We found we were constantly retracting ours with slight breezy days. While out shopping, a small rain came out of nowhere and destroyed it. I would not recommend this type of self-supported awning to my worse enemy.
