This tiny plate is perfect for hors de ovres with sauce or a demitasse caffe with a bon bon.Per Villeroy and Boch, the New Wave Caffe Small Party Plate is intended for use with the Espresso - A/D cup and The New Wave Caffe Large Party Plate is intended for use with the Mug, Cappucino Cup, and the Café au Lait cup. The Espresso After Dinner cup is 3.25oz with a solid new wave style handle.Pictured above with the small party plate at the time of this review is the larger mug style cup, which I enjoy for cocoa as well as a nice hot tomato soup or a crudite veg stick snack standing up in it with my bruschetta or sammy on the side, which I am sure my guests and I will enjoy on the large party plate.
