This bracket will not fit any of the camera devices with a cold shoe mount. It won't fit lights, mics or anything for that matter. Tried to bend and spread the mounts so the device would slide in, and the metal snaps. Thought I could readjust it and make it work, but this product is junk. Needs to be taken down from Amazon.

Needed something to mount my IR light while not getting in the way of my mic. This does the trick perfectly and the price was great. The light was a very tight fit, due the shape of its shoe mount, but the Rode mic fit like a glove. The mount itself tightens well to my cameras shoe mount, no wobble at all.

I got this part for my camcorder. I needed the three cold shoes. It’s a good part strong but it needs improvement. The middle cold shoe. That area is too narrow. I had to have my son adjust it by spreading it out so I could fit my mic in there. other than that, it’s a good piece and a good price.

Bought this to connect our On Camera Monitor and Wireless Transmitter to our Canon XA40's and XA11's. It fits the camera cold shoe just fine, but like others have said the monitor and transmitter connectors would only go about half way into the camera cold shoe on this bracket so I had to return it. This is a great design they just need to make the connectors wider.ADDITION: After looking at this issue a pair of pliers gently used expands the connectors to accept the monitor and transmitter bases so that we didn't have to return anything. I'm still giving it only 3 starts because of the issue with the shoes.
