Perfect for mounting two lights on top of a camera. Or one light and a microphone... you get the idea. I keep this in my camera bag because it is super handy to have. Build quality is good. What more can I say?

This mount solves two problems I've been having:1) I want both a mic and a mini light on my camera when I'm filming away from my studio.2) My teleprompter (which hooks onto the lens, rather than a cold shoe mount) gets in the way of my mic, because the teleprompter is a little too tall for my set up. (I film on a Camera M50 with a Rode Mic and Lasagna teleprompter.) This mount not only gives me extra places to attach things, but it raises everything up just a bit, which is all I needed to solve my teleprompter issue.I'm sure this mount could help in other ways too, but these are the problems it solved for me. It makes my life easier and I'm so glad I ordered it.

A useful cold shoe accessory that extends your single cold shoe to double. The length of it is about 5.7 inches which is enough to mount two different things without conflict.There are also 4 additional 1/4" holes on the bar, and I also love the cable clip designs next to the cold shoe mounts.

This is great quality. All metal, black painted. The round nut knob thing tightens well on the cold shoe mount. It's all solid enough to hold a little weight out at its ends. It fits right in on a professional video set.

Got this to mount to the cage for my black magic. The mount itself feels of good quality. It's a little loose, but it comes with an allen wrench so it's not that big of an issue. It's very durable and can hold two fairly weighted items while mounted on the camera. I have a light and a mic that I wanted to mount and this works well. If you're in need, this mount will do the job.

I have reviewed NEEWER Multipurpose Cheese Plate, and like to have a little longer one too. Now, I found it from this dual cold shoe mount bracket.The multi-functional cold shoe bracket has two cold shoes at ends, and there are five 1/4"-20 holes in the middle. So, I cut this long bracket into two pieces, one with 2 holes , one with three holes. The short one is 60mm long, and the long one is 80mm long. In a way, it is better than the cheese plate, as its 1/4' screw holes have a close end, and sometimes I need holes through. This dual cold shoe mount bracket is much better made than some old ones that exist for many years.

I needed a way to mount 2 gopro cameras for testing and came across this dual bracket, so decided to give it a try. It's actually pretty nice, and I can see using this for more than just testing the GoPro's, but also using it for small camera mounted mics and small lights as well. It is nice and solid, and very lightweight as well. I found it easy to adjust on top of the camera, and my other accessories slid right on with no issues. Very useful.
