This chair is pretty solid. It is firm. I like how adjustable it is. Very comfortable. Easy to assemble.

Bought Two chairs , easy to assemble . After two days of use one of the lumbar vibrating unit quiet working. Contacted the seller on Oct 15 ,2024 about issue, advised I would receive replacement in 15 to 20 days. As of Nov. 15,2024 have not received the part. Chairs are excellent and no additional problems .

Chair is a pretty good value. It’s decently comfortable, but the chair cushion is very hard. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is because the armrests keep working themselves loose by the end of my 8 hour workday and I have to tighten them.**edit to add I purchased these chairs in November. One of them the hydraulic lift won’t stay up. Both chairs are popping and cracking when you sit in them. The armrests will not stay tightened for longer than a couple of hours. Therefore I am changing my 4 stars to one. These chairs are not worth the money. To be this bad and only to have used for a couple of months. 0/10 do not recommend!!!

I’m rating the chair 5 stars because it’s nice and comfy however out of the box I realized that some things were wrong with the chair already. Not sure if this was on purpose or not.Firstly, the part on the side of the chair that connects the arm rests with the back was not cut out for me to put the bolt into so I had to literally cut into the chairs fabric to get to the part. Luckily you don’t see it because the arm rest covers it. Not sure if the fabric wasn’t cut out because people use the chair without arm rests or what.Secondly, the chair did not have threads where the bolt goes to connect the back of the chair to the seat part so I had to go out and buy nuts just to keep it in place as they were not provided.Honestly the quality of the chair is pretty nice. It feels high end but it feels like I was D.I.Y-ing some of the chair as well. Not sure if others have this but that’s just how my chair came.
