For the most part, this is a comfortable chair. The lumbar pillow is great! I have chronic back pain due to lower lumbar arthritis and the additional support from the pillow helps ease some of the discomfort. I've already taken an unintentional nap in this chair because it's so comfortable to recline in. As far as sitting upright goes, it's... not the worst, but it's not great, either. I feel like I'm sitting in a sports car with bucket seats. The front of the seat is elevated, which increases pressure on your "sit bones" and the undersides of your thighs. If you're cursed with little to no rear end like me, the cushion of this seat may not be enough for you to avoid "sit bone" pain and numb legs.The maximum height of this seat is too short for my desk and the main reason why this chair doesn't get 5 stars from me. I've elevated the seat as high as it goes and it's still too short for me to use my keyboard and mouse comfortably. My desk isn't "tall," either. The average height of a desk is about 28-30 inches and mine is 29.9. The manufacturer should consider refitting these chairs with a taller gas lift.(P.S. If you plan to assemble this chair on your own, take the "quick and easy 10-20 minute assembly" estimate with a grain of salt. It took me around 30-45 minutes to assemble solo.)

It was very easy to assemble and there is a video on YouTube if you get stuck with anything. It took me around 20 minutes to put it all together. The chair is very comfortable, and it looks sleek. For the price, this is a STEAL!

The size of the chair is smaller than I expected, but the quality of the chair is excellent. It looks just as it is in the pictures. The back support is terrific, and comfy pillows are included. The rollability is smooth.

Item was well manufactured and very easy to assemble. My item had one issue bad stitching on the very last part to unwrap and install. I sent a message to the seller/ manufacturer around 9am on Feb 6th at 11:16 same day Chuck from Customer Support read my issue ask if I could send pic's so they could better understand also asked for my shipping address. sent both to him some time after his email and thanked him for such fast response and explained the photo's I believe quality control or an inspector missed this problem since the make so many of these and other products. I saw that they had replacement parts as it's only the right armrest and I said I'd be good with that. I did not want to disassemble and ship back waiting or getting a refund. Chuck responded on Feb 7th at 4:17 pm that sorry for the inconvenience and they take this seriously. They informed me they placed an order for both the right and left armrests. And after they are inspected and shipped from there facility they would get me the tracking # . SO IN 1 DAY I GOT AN AWESOME PRODUCT except the small issue. And I received AN AWESOME RESPONSE AND A RESOLVE FROM AN AWESOME COMPANY.I have and will continue to talk to people about both. Thank you Chuck for you Support and your team. Best ever.

Perfect for the gamersReally love this chair!!! It's perfect for the gamers in family. It's priced well and better than I expected. Super comfy and lets me sit in all sorts of positions. It's fully adjustable, sturdy, and has a footrest. Easy to assemble and I didn't need any extra tools. The fabric seems to be good quality and it is stylish. When this one wears out, I'm definitely getting another. Plus, their customer support is fast, friendly, and super helpful. Loooovvveee it

This chair is remarkably well built, and very comfortable. Although designed as a gaming chair it would also make a great office chair. It takes a bit of assembly time but not overly difficult. It’s one tough & comfy chair.
