Victor 10 lb snake Repelling Granules repel garter snakes, rattlesnakes, & other species from areas They are not wanted. This granular snake Repellent is applied around the perimeter of the area You want to protect. Snake-a-way is detected by the snake’s jacobson’s organ (auxiliary olfactory sense organ) & disrupts its sensory reception. This disorientation causes the snake to slither away in search of fresh air. Wearing gloves, apply the granules to the perimeter of the area that you want to be protected. Place bands 4-5" Wide to repel garter snakes, 8-12" Wide to repel Rattlers. For yd application, sprinkle snake-a-way throughout the area within the perimeter. When odor becomes faint, simply reapply. This product contains naphthalene (7%) & sulfur (28%) as its active ingredients.

This product is 5 stars. The company that ships it gets 0 stars for using UPS. Every UPS driver that comes to my house can't read, won't read, and doesn't follow delivery instructions. They'll even leave boxed packages, without bagging it, in the rain, because they can't read and put deliveries in the tub I provide. SO, 5 star product, but since I can't leave a delivery review for this product, since it's shipped directly from the company and not Amazon, I'll just leave that 2 cents here.

This has a strong napthelene balls smell, and I was able to spread it for an property of 0.2 acres. So guess it is in the running as an snake repellant.

I HATE snakes and I have littles running around. Once I spread this around the perimeter of my yard I hardly saw any snakes!

My husband used this around the boarder of our home bc we have snakes everywhere...the smell is SO strong! I actually watched the snakes run away and leave which was funny!The Problem is my husband sprinkled it in the backside of my vegetable garden which is also up against the house... he read its was ok for Plants...but it doesn't mean vegetable plants!!!!...So I went out carefully trying to remove the product from my veggie garden which is insanely hard to do bc its so small...now Im panicking that my tons vegetables have been poisoned. bc I am not sure how it can seep into my soil and mulch and effect the growth and quality to eat them...the yellow circle is where he put a line of it and the red is where all my veggies are...if anyone else used this in the veggie garden and didn't have issues please reach out to me bc I'm heartsick over this. I removed as much as I could but I know it was impossible to get all. I heard white Vinegar can weaken the chemicals and also the snakes hate it so I might go out and spray that....

I'm sure it's the sulphur smell that keeps the snakes away because it's pretty awful.That being said, it works.I was having a problem with snakes getting into my coop and eating my eggs.Sorry Charlie, those eggs are mine.A couple of snakes were huge black snakes which are so advantageous to a farm unless, of course,. they get into the chicken coop.I didn't want to have to dispatch them so I took a chance on this product.I haven't had a snake in the coop since.I'll put this around my new coop once the weather warms up and the snakes come out of hibernation this spring.Yep, it's stinky but effective.I hope this helps.

We read the reviews and either they have changed their formula or you see a whole bunch of fabrication going on up in here! We bought three bags because we have a real snake problem in my mommas yard!I have never in my whole entire life have I SEEN and physically had to kill on my own, I haven’t seen as many snakes in my whole life time since I have in the last three months being in this backyard! Let’s just say it’s extremely fruitful of wildlife.We have killed 8 snakes in the past 2 months with zero help from any of the three products we bought here this being one. This being the one that I would think that if they were larger than what they are they would work on snakes. Unfortunately we didn’t get the larger and they were useless and killed lizards that I didn’t wanna kill but not one snake. However there weee two that I believe was taken by a snake that was stuck and it’s under the shed or somewhere. The only plus these are is that they do catch small things like lizards. If you are trying to trap anything larger than a small mouse it’s not happening they show pics of all these huge rattlesnakes I call BS! No way it would happen. I took a photo of two smaller snakes that were on the sticky and I hear it thrashing in the bushes so I get excited and start talking pics. Mind you the two snakes that you see in the bushes right outside of the other one was just on it both of them and they both got off. It did nothing to edit thing larger than a lizard in my yard. The concept is good but the execution is poor with selling this as a snake trap. Those two snakes were still about the same size as the huge mammoth of a snake in the photos. The had to have drugged the snake and then placed him on there that way bc come on. They are everywhere I just stopped buying crap and have turned into a real life snake wrangler. That in the photos are different photos of different snakes. Unreal but these do not work. Not for snakes anyway! Get the big ones they are just too expensive.
