The box was super damaged and had all kinds of tape on it. Plugged it into various outlets. Double checked and the power supply cord is connected to the machine. The power switch, or any of the buttons on the display nothing lights up and works no vibration anything. And I would say the remote also doesn't work but that might be because the machine itself doesn't work. Tried different batteries in it to make sure it wasn't an issue with maybe the remote. Now I have to figure out how to return it because I can't find a way to get help on troubleshooting. The pamphlet that comes with it is of no help, in fact the top of it says directions for face mask. But has images of the vibration plate. Extremely disappointed

I have been reading about lymphatic drainage and discovered that many people have had great success using the vibration plates, so I looked at several models and I found this one with great reviews and a weight capacity of 440 lbs. I got it and was not quite sure I was going to get my money's worth. I absolutely love it. I use it in the mornings before work and again in the evenings before bed. I am starting to see an improvement in my energy level, and my muscle tone. The swelling in my leg has gone down substantially since using this piece of equipment.

I love this machine! The remote doesn't work but the machine is great! It has added so much more mobility to me and my husband. My legs and feet used to hurt so bad after standing on concrete for 8 hrs. Now just 15 mins in the morning on low and 15 at night, I have no pain or jumpy leg syndrome when I l sleep. The only prob I have is now it takes a month to get this machine. It must be very popular now it used to take 2 days to get it . I ordered one for my bestie and one for more daughter. I wonder if I can get this wonderful healing machine any sooner?

This item came with a remote, clear instructions and was packaged well to protect any damage. I purchased this after seeing it in TikTok and I am glad I did.I have been using this item daily for different increments at a time. The vibrations it sends throughout your body can be adjusted based on the mode. What I truly love is using it and doing squats or different exercises to reach out parts of my body. I use this in conjunction with toning cream and a belt.It does provide relief in the areas that have caused pain prior.

As soon as I plugged in the product is started to smoke and made a loud bang. It shorted out and stopped operating. I was approved a return via DHL at my own expense but the dont deliver to that country. Dont waste your money.

MAN i got this in the mail and was really skeptical at first, I didn't think it'd hold me up but at 400lb it's doing GREAT and it's a pretty good workout I really worked up a sweat and my legs felt it.It's a little noise but I have hardwood floors (easy fix I'll get a rug)It actually relieved pain in my lower back and I wasn't expecting pain relief but I got it. It's easy to use BUT you will need to get use to the speed of the vibration, I wouldn't recommend using for more then a few minutes a day and build up to a full workout.

J’ai commandé ce produit déçu un peux au début je ne comprenais pas toute les informations qui sont en anglais seulement du coup j’ai voulu le retourner je me suis ravisé et fait des recherches plus avancé j’ai donc compris certaines options de l’appareil je ne l’ai donc pas retournéPour une perte de poids je combine des exercices de musculations et abdominaux avec plate vibrante et au sol .J’aime le produit car je ne sans plus aucune fatigue dans mes jambes après une séance je constate que la circulation ce fait et me fait un bien fou j’adore 😊 Le seul petit bémol les instructions ne sont pas très clair j’aurais aimé avoir plus d’info et plus d’illustrations d’exercices qui seraient mieux imprimésTrès contente du produit et très bien emballé par le fabriquantVoilà bonne exercices à tous

Its a pain reliever. A stress reliever. Great for restless leg syndrome too. Helps me sleep if I use it 10 min before bed.Where has this been all my life?
