After a few months riding on one of these axels, it seems to be just as durable as the OEM part. The threads are correct and the size is right.

I'm not sure what skates these were made for but they aren't for adult skates. The screws need to be at least 1mm longer to be perfect, but they work.

As most people who would be specifically looking for these would guess, the dimension in the product picture is misleading. At the time of ordering, the picture showed the threadless section of the shaft (the 'shank') as being the 35 or 38 mm of length. The 35/38 mm refers to the entire length of the bolt. To be precise, I ordered the 35 mm, and the entire length is 33.5-34.0 mm. I have about 1 mm of thread sticking out the outer surface of my frame. So, they're perfect as far as I care. By the looks of it, the 38 mm would only have that ~3 mm extra in the threading and not the shank. I could be wrong as I don't know what kind of frame/spacer/wheel setup would require the 38 mm.The allen-keyed socket is about a 1/4" deep, which is great. In fact, I bought these to replace some bolts I have where the socket only went about an 1/8" deep and had a tendency to get rounded out. Also, like most inline skate axle bolts I've seen these are hallow through the length of the bolt. They installed on my Seba frames perfectly. I have yet to ride on these, but I have no doubt they will be acceptable. You'll know if they weren't if I come back to update the review.
