Exactly as the title says. Needed a brake since I sometimes use my inline hockey skates for longer rides/training. Helps to have a brake for steep hills. These do the trick for mounting an aftermarket brake.

Needed just a couple of these but now will be great to have extras as back-up when the kids lose them.

I used these to repair my son's back rollerblade wheel, since the mounting screw had broken off. It worked, and it looks as good as new!I'm glad they came with two allen wrenches, since you need both to tighten the screw.
