Easy to assemble, setup and came with keys. Holds multiple snowboards and skis. Seems sturdy however does whistle with high wind or interstate driving. Excellent price for the quality of rack.

You really get what you pay for. I’m using these to transport fishing rods. They work, but quality is lacking. I have the Yakima reel deal on my other truck, way better. I knew what I was getting into. I wanted cheaper, I got cheaper. It works. It’s worth it

I love these ski racks. They were very easy to install and use. I was able to fit 2 pairs of skis and one snowboard with no problem. They held my skis in place very well, even on the highway.

I took a chance on this moderately priced ski rack. I was pleased at the quality and that it is fully assembled out of the box, aside from the mounting hardware. The concise directions are included in plain English . Illustrations are clear with the steps of assembly. I had it mounted in about 45 minutes.

Easy to install, easy to use. Will accommodate two pairs of powder skis, maybe another pair of all terrain skis. Rack is sturdy and does not rattle when underway. As stated in other reviews, if someone really wants to steal your skis, they can uninstall the entire rack in a few minutes and take the skis and rack. The rack does not lock onto the crossbars of the car. Not an issue for me, however, as we use it only for transportation to and from the mountain. Would recommend this product.

Very happy with the support I received for this product. It all started after I installed the product onto my car. That’s when I noticed that one of the nuts had a defect that caused cross threading. I contacted support and they ended up FedExing me a replacement part. The build quality is acceptable and it functions perfectly fine. Great value.

The plastic parts are cheap and don’t hold up to the cold weather I’m assuming. The clip that holds the rubber in place just fell off after unlatching the first trip to the resort, underside is snapped off, the rubber can now shift around, not too happy. I would expect something like this to happen after a season or so due to the value pricing, not day one. Temps were probably in the upper 20’s. To be fair, it still functions but now I know how cheaply these things are made. Probably go with name brand next time because I don’t have the money to throw away on disposable crap.

Definitely one of the cheapest products I've purchased. One of the covers was broken right out of the box even though it came bubble wrapped. (Missed return window) The plastic feels very weak. I'll be surprised if it lasts the whole winter. Very tedious to install with fitting bolts into channel holes that your fingers can't reach. Multiple loose parts when needing to line up attachments. Need two people when some design changes would be a lot easier.

I bought this rack for the price and it was barely worth it. The rack is quite flimsy and moves around a lot. It does not feel sturdy and I do not fully trust it. Also, the rack does not lock onto the roof racks, so be aware that anyone could easily remove the rack in a short amount of time. The installation was difficult because there were many small parts that had to be fitted together in small spaces. It would be even more difficult for someone with larger fingers. I would recommend only buying this rack for the cheap price. If you are looking for something that feels safe and sturdy you will probably not be satisfied with this rack.

Installation took about 15 minutes with no major issue.Good size, and would fit and hold 4 snowboards. However, the material and the structure is on the weak point.Price is very good compare any other from amazon.

REVIEW UPDATE:I can now recommend this rack, did not rattle or show any signs of early failure. For reference I loaded it with 4 snowboards and it survived 700+ miles of driving at up to 90 mph, very gusty 60-80mph winds, temps down to around 10 degrees Fahrenheit, and saw about 2-3 feet of fresh snow fall. I oriented all the nuts to be pointing forward to test if the hardware backed out at all, and they are still in the same orientation. I still recommend some sort of water displacer or lubricant in the lock body. The locks never froze on me, but the latches did get slightly sticky. Locking the latches makes this a non issue. Side note this was in California (San Diego to Mammoth Mountain) where it doesn't get particularly cold and they dont salt the roads. I bought this rack with my own money, the fit and finish isn't as good as the big name brands but for the price you get a good piece of equipment. Only real issue is that if someone wanted it, they could take it off your car in less than 5 minutes.ORIGINAL REVIEW: It isn't snow season yet for me so I'll probably update this review in a month or two. I took it for a short shakedown drive, you will want to do this as the mounting hardware settled and loosened up a bit by the time I got back. Blue loctite could be a good idea but I have heard some thread lockers are bad for plastic, which there is alot of. Mostly riveted construction. The rack is built with some interesting (poor) design choices but ultimately seems sturdy enough. The lock works as a physical stop for the latch so it is a good idea to lock the rack before driving. The only big issue I found so far is that the top is able to twist since there is alot of space between the top and bottom latch pieces (see picture). I think this can be fixed this by shimming something between the latch pieces so the top can't rotate as much. The twisting visually isn't as bad on the hinge side, but I will probably try to shim that side as well as there is also alot of space. The mounting hardware that secures the ski rack to your roof rack has a rubber pad on top, but is bare steel on the bottom. I used some 3m adhesive rubber pad to prevent it from marring the bottom of my roof rack. The mounting feet do not seat into anything on the ski rack so it can rotate, this probably isn't a huge issue once installed but you will want to make sure everything is square during installation. No torque specs on the instructions, and the screws are all square neck bolts that seat into plastic. Thumb screws are also plastic with a hex nut seated inside. Be careful not to over tighten these as I can see the plastic stripping out with enough torque.I think these would work best on roof rack bars with a mostly symmetrical cross section, I have "aero" bars and the shape of the mount foot doesn't rest nicely on it.
