The product is great but could use some upgrades to make it better. I suggest to throw the supplied polishing beads in the trash. Not knowing I used them and apparently they are steel. So while in the canister after my polish process. The beads turned to rust and stained the canister. Not Good. Also the lid is hard to remove because it has no handle of any kind to tug on and you literally have to use a knife or flat blade screw driver to pop it up.

I’m very happy with this tool! This is my second item from this brand and I’ve been very happy so far. I make jewelry at home and polishing them takes forever so after I remove any solder leftovers and make sure the edges and filed, I polish them with this amazing polisher and they come out with the perfect finish. Mirror like. It cuts time in half AND my jewelry looks next level.

The machine came slightly slowly - odd as it was not from China. It came well packed, intact, and ready to roll.First uses with silver and round shot supplied, with a touch of washing liquid worked well, bringing up a good shine on a number of sterling silver pieces which were difficult to hand polish.Did not leak (just use you eyes and head when closing it !).Downside - the shot supplied is low grade steel, and will rust the moment you leave it wet - pity, as this extra cost is minor on a good system.

You will need to order additional high grade steel shot. This rusts almost immediately. But it works well with multiple speeds and up to and hour

So I have had this thing like a year or so now and it’s still going strong. The tub itself does discolor a bit at the bottom if you leave fluid in it when not in use but otherwise the unit has held up well. Originally I bought it on Amazon but returned it and got it directly from Vevor instead! They had the better pricing based on coupons and promotional deals. I got the full sized larger one for the same price as this smaller one

I was excited to get my first polisher...but will not buy another Vevor product. The motor will not run on the "one direction" setting...it never has. It does work on the setting that alternates direction, so obviously the motor works but something in the controls is broken. The timer sometimes works, and sometimes does not - it is inconsistent. I only kept it because I had projects I needed to complete, but in discussion with other jewelry artisans....this is not a dependable brand for motorized tools.
