check valve seat that holds the ball in the pump is loose and keeps failing. If i reset the seat and ball it works fine for a cycle or two then fails again. still going rounds with VEVOR to get the issue settled. Currently unsure if they will warranty it or not. I will update my review if they are decent enough to replace it for me.WARRANTY stuff is like pulling teeth with these guys. Responses range from 1 to 5 days per message.Given the price we all understand this is not top of the line stuff.it does work good when it is working properly. but its been weeks now and have only been able to split a handful of logs in between having this issue.

You have to buy more Teflon tape , So it will not leak. It does bolt right in. You need to buy a 2' of the thicker hose to feed pump. Just use the old clamps. And a reducer and 3" of the old hose and your done.... it was a great Buy

I have several products from Vevor. This hydraulic pump being the latest purchase. The pump and flow valve worked perfectly. Plus it comes with a break away coupler and mounting cylinder to mount directly to a motor shaft. Vevor products ALWAYS come well packaged and show up when they said it would. I can't say enough good things about Vevor products. Great prices and outstanding product line.

Right now, it works fine. Plenty of pressure, and plenty of volume. The question is: How long will it be until the aluminum wears out? Cast iron would virtually guarantee reasonable life, but I am not so sure about aluminum. Of course, aluminum is easier to cheaper to produce, but is it suitable? ...Time will tell.
