Well it's a week past the return window on this product and there doesn't seem to be a way to contact the supplier. I have encountered two serious problems with this unit. The first is that it occasionally will not stop heating once it has reached the boiling point. (I haven't really used it for lower temps). This can cause burns due to steam venting, high temp on the opening latch and a possible fire hazard if you don't notice and it boils dry. I was able to continue using it by "rebooting" that is unplugging the unit and replugging it.The second problem which I haven't solved is that the manual pump has jammed and the lock has also jammed making it impossible to use manually which is important if you are using it on the Sabbath.Hopefully this review will get the attention of the manufacturer.

This water boiler is replacing one that only lasted a year. So far everything works without any issues. I like the multiple temperature settings and the reboil function. Hopefully this will last longer than a year

Product works very well. It does not take long to get hot so that is a huge plus! We use it everyday and it has functioned without any difficulties.

I had been checking checking on Amazon for a hot water dispenser to replace my old one which was sporadically stuck in warm-up mode and therefore unable to boil. When I saw the Vevor 3.0 L boiler on sale for $29.99 with free chipping, I jumped on the opportunity. Three days later, I got it delivered to my front door. I immediately opened it and filled it half way and plug it in. It tool less than 10 minutes to boil half the pot. Then I dumped it and filled it all the way to full. This time it took longer; about 20 minutes to bring to boil. Personally, I really don't know why the hand pump was designed into the machine because it is cumbersome and not much hot water was coming out on each pump. Nonetheless, it does allow you to dispense hot water in the event the electric pump fails to work. There is also a manual dispense button located next to the dispense nozzle. When the button is dispense, the pump is activated. Lastly, on the right side of the control panel on the top. there is an "unlock" button with the dispense button above it. After water reaches boiling point for about 3 minutes, the red LED on the right side will turn to green indicating water is safe to use. Upon the "unlock" button activation, which will remain enabled for 15 seconds, the pump is standing by waiting for the "Dispense" button. The pump seems smooth and adequate while dispensing water.; it may seem a bit loud to some people. For me, a little water pump noise should not post a problem; especially for about half the price of the normal range. The shell looks like is made out of stainless steel material. But it can be easily dented. Overall, it is a terrific value.

It’s the only affordable one with a baby formula option, and it’s not scolding hot, very safe for babies. I’ve tried numerous different options and they either stopped working, the buttons would get stuck or it stopped get hot. I like this it works well for us and it’s versatile in its usages. Good quality, I was skeptical about getting it due to the reviews but honestly I’m glad I gave it a try.

AVOUD BUYING ITAfter half year of usage, it stays on heating mode when water temperature reaches 100 Celsius, had to unplug it after watching it keep on boiling water for more than 5mins.Next day, it just not heating up when I plugged it back.Contacted customer service and all they can do is sent over a new control board with replacement tutorial. Tried to do it myself but after I disassembled the housing and found connectors on the control board are glued. (See 2nd picture)So $100 with almost no warranty provided, quality that can’t even last for a year, avoid buying it and go for big brands.

2nd Update: the replacement product also stopped working after two weeks of moderate use. Very disappointed, will be ordering a replacement from a different brand.Update: after less than a week of moderate use the product stopped heating water to the desired temperature. I’ve ordered a replacement, hopefully it was a one-off issue. My household orders a lot of items from the Vevor brand. It’s to the point now that when we want something we check to see if there’s a Vevor model first. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have a kettle and ordered it right away. The convenience of having always-hot water, especially in the middle of the night when I need to warm a bottle for my baby, is too good to pass up.The outside of the unit doesn’t get too hot, and the three dispensing modes seem to be convenient. I wish the LEDs were more clear what they’re indicating, but that doesn’t affect performance. It does what it says; water gets and stays hot with way less power draw than the old kettle I replaced. Another quality Vevor product.

This product broke exactly one month after I bought it and when I tried to reach out to customer support, they wouldn’t help me. The water doesn’t heat up anymore and the power cord stopped working. Bad product, do not recommend!

Like it for its size and capacity but it leaves particles and residue with water that is filtered from the fridge.

The first one I received looked like somebody had rugby punted it across the factory. Vevor quickly replaced it through Amazon before the estimated delivery and the replacement looked like the picture. The replacement boiled water like an SOB and held it overnight for my morning french press.HOWEVER. After a week of use, it stopped dispensing entirely using the buttons. I assume either material became trapped in the pump or the actual dispensing hose became collapsed from the heat, defeating the purpose. The push down feature on top became finnicky, and using it forced hot steam out the vent across my knuckles - infuriating. Not exactly worth the $60 and hassle I went through. I will be tearing the replacement apart in an attempt to salvage it for fun, but overall I'm disappointed and will be acquiring a second hand one from family to replace it. Rated 2 stars because for a brief moment it actually worked phenomenally.Until it didn't.
