THIS IS FANTASTIC......HAS HOLES THE SNOW WILL DROP THUR......THE OTHER STEP, THAT I HAD WAS SMALL & NARROW & SLIPPERY......THE DROP ON THIS IS ABOUT 6 INCHES.......SO MUCH EASIER & SAFER TO GET IN & OUT OF MY STAND-UP CAMPER.....WHAT A GREAT THING....AT A GREAT PRICE....

The thing looks great and built tough as it could be. But unfortunately the shank is to short and not thick enough to give it a good fit and it is extremely loose in the receiver. So they send you a jimmy rigged solution the u-bolt nuts and washers you have to dig out a ratchet to remove two nuts every time ya Wana remove and out on your rv or other trailer hitch.Extremely disappointing cuz it looks great just. Needs a re design I would not bother buying unless they redesign it with a thicker and longer shank I will return Vevor products are great but this priduct sucksAny hitch I have ever had I leave in all the time and never rattles and shakes around
