One is over my utility room door, and the other is over my office door. They fit perfectly over the door. You would think it would be super noticeable, but you don't notice it at all. You have to look up to notice it at all.Installation is super straightforward. Of course you want to attach the braces to studs. In my case, I attached the braces to either side of the door frame. Worked perfectly. Extra storage right where I needed it.I don't really have a use for the hooks, but love that they come with it in case you want them. Great for hanging a bike or anything else.Hope this was helpful.
