The 4 stars is because it's a bit on the slower side. Overall working well for that past few months. Noise level isn't bad, safety seems to be good. Capacity is working well for our 24' trailer. Stability is great no issues! Just very slow.

My factory installed jack was giving me problems so I decided to replace it. Here were the 2 main issues:1. Grounding circuit was done through the jack body and frame, no separate ground wire. Jack would intermittently lose power due to poor contact ground.2. Could not open SUV lift gate as the jack body was in the way.3. No adjustment on the jack leg to extend lift.The Vevor jack solved all three issues and it has an additional 500# of lift capacity (4000#). I have bought other Vevor product and so far been pleased with the build and value. It was an easy install. The holes for the 90’ rotation lined up to the industry standard used by my old jack. Now the lift gate can be opened when hitched. The separate ground wire is attached to the frame with a treaded bold, so motor runs smoothly. Have adjustment on the leg make setting up quicker. The jack came with good instructions and nice accessories. Time will tell how it holds up, but I keep my jacks covered and protected from the elements.Highly recommend.

Use caution when purchasing from the not new but looks good dept. I have made several purchases of returned goods at a discount, but what I received was barely related to the product description and had no light, broken pieces, and appeared to have been used on a trailer for years. Best guess someone ordered the newer version of the electric jack and returned their piece of crap For a refund . I feel cheated . and now I have to return and buy one locally, to meet my needs.

Most electric jacks are made for a camper.I needed one for my boat trailer.I bought from Amazon an adapter for a boat trailer called.Jack-E-Up 5246 Jack-E-Side.If you get the adapter you can put the Vevor jack on a boat trailer and save a lot of money.Electric 12v jacks made for boat trailer's are a lot more money.This Vevor jack looks well made and working very good.I recommend this.

The original Lippert jack shaft on our travel trailer was bent when someone moved it improperly while in storage. It was 7 years old and looking worn, but it worked. This very reasonably priced replacement is slightly quieter and faster than the 7 year old OEM. I hope it will also last approaching 10 years, but at this price replacing it earlier will not be a big deal. It is a pleasant surprise that a decent cover came as an included accessory. As any replacement would, it installed easily. A slight concern is that the power wire is lighter duty than the OEM, and shorter, but it was just long enough for my use case, and given that these jacks don't run for extended periods, I believe it will handle the in-use loads satisfactorily. Overall I am pleased with this Vevor jack. In the past I purchased a Vevor replacement awning cover for a good price, which was also saatisfactory.

I had this professionally installed since my trailer was going in to have a battery installed anyway. it works really nicely and is more substantial than my last jack. The light is good too. Really pleased with this deal.
