Broke its gear off on second day morning of receiving and using. No option for replacement because they know their product is trash. Don't waste money. If you already did quickly process refund.

Gears went bad during 6th use and they sent a part to replace which we had to do ourselves. After replacing the gear the machine was still not working right as new drive gear was wearing quickly due to something else still not right. Vevor said they could not help us any with this and to talk to Amazon as they were the seller. Since my order says we are past return date even though mixer is only 8 mo's old and used only 6 times we are out $997.91. Rating of 1 star is too much but couldn't send in review with zero stars.BTW, I did call Amazon and ask for them to help with Vevor or try to get us a refund. they said they would get back to me with in 24 hours but it's been 1½ weeks and still nothing from Vevor or Amazon. Poor service all the way around.

The stainless steel bowl side holes do not sit flush into the side arm pins. So you cannot lock the bowl secure in place. DO NOT BUY, Complete trash pos junk.

Gekocht, betaald maar leverancier vond geen transporteur. Toestel te zwaar , niemand Wilde het vervoer doen deelde de verkoper mede. En mijn geld werd terug gestort. Was dat de echte reden?

I bought this mixer 2 months ago and it came broken, they replaced it and it only worked 2 times and it stoped working. I have contacted Amazon and they hang up. Disconnect the call they say to call their support and I have called the support and they just hang up my call. I’m very disappointed. Do not buy this item save your self some money and hustle of contacting them for a problem.
