I received a bent tray with this grinder. The company after some discussion replaced it. The grinder works great. I would purchase again.

Using this to grind whole chickens and rabbits for dog food, sucks them in and spits them out like it's nothing. Great at grinding raw veggies into saw dust. The bolts are a bit of a pain to fiddle with but not unbearable. Got this on sale for $250. It's a shame this has been discontinued. it's a perfect entry level high power grinder.

This thing is a beast! It is a little quieter than our old 300 watt meat grinder, but with 1100 watts of power it doesn't slow down at all (regardless of what we feed it). We processed 27 pounds of Boston Butt into ground meat for sausage making in 4 minutes!!! Very consistent grind and cleanup was simple (I donated a spare 12 mm wrench to the kitchen for this purpose). Love all the stainless steel (much better than plastic and cast aluminum)! Excellent Purchase.

I've this for 18 months and have probably ground close to 1000 lbs of meat including a ton of frozen chicken drumsticks. This unit is excellent quality and weighs in at just under 50 lbs. Ive processed several deer through this, a few pigs, and hundreds of lbs of half frozen chicken drum sticks and it grinds the frozen meat and bone with no problems. One negative is that it doesn't have a reverse gear as sometimes frozen food can get stuck. The head doesn't come off for cleaning. I've heard of some people removing the bolts to get the head off, but that really isn't necessary, just use a bottle brush and put it on the corner of your sink and spray water inside with some soap and the bottle brush. I 100% recommend as I feel this is the best value you can find for under $600 CAD.

I got this as a Christmas gift as I process my own deer. I'm seriously impressed! Haven't gotten a deer to process yet but I'm sure this grinder can do the job with ease. "Built like a tank" "looks like you could grind rocks with it" Didn't come with a feed tube to fill bags so had to get one but other than that wow! Super Heavy Duty.

Love the grinder, it is a timesaver and now I don’t mind grinding meat. I have used the Kitchenaid meat grinder attachment for years and it has always been a slow process, this Vevor meat grinder works so much better it instantly and thoroughly grinds the meat with no bogging down. It is ready to grind when I need it to, just plug it in rather than attaching an accessory to the mixer. The Vevor grinder is easy clean up. I would recommend this grinder to anyone looking for a fast and efficient way to grind food.

(1100W model reviewed here)Very impressive build quality and power. It chewed through 50lb of brisket in less than 10 minutes - as fast as I could feed it into the machine.PROS:- All parts are heavy stainless steel (auger, grind plate, neck, etc.)- Very fast processing for higher-volume uses, e.g. restaurant or large game- Wide neck means less pre-processing of larger cuts- Superb blade and grind plate - even at room temp, fat cuts are sharp and cleanCONS:- Neck is hard to remove for cleaning (3x10mm bolts)- No reverse gear on the 1100W model- Does not ship with a sausage horn- Feeder tray and mount could be sturdierThe only real gripe is removing the neck for proper cleaning. You will need a 10mm wrench or slender ratchet set to remove those screws, so be warned. The other parts are a dream to clean.Any accessories you need like a foot switch or sausage horn will be a separate purchase.Overall, an excellent, enthusiast grade - though bare-bones - meat grinder that does what it says on the tin.
