This is okay but not worth the price. It will shoot the coins over and sometimes will put the wrong coin in the wrong slot. I still have to count the coins!

Jammed within the first 2 minutes of use. To retrieve the coins after jam you have to disassemble the whole unit. It can't handle more than a handful of coins at a time.

I dislike this product because it’s defective and didn’t perform the first day I got it

This doesn’t count coins or separate well. You still have to presort and count the coins as you fill the tubes. Clogs ipand jams easily. Not worth the cost

This product is what you can expect for half price compared to competitors. It is of an extremely low manufacturing quality. It arrives missing set screws from important places, lacking clear instructions, and in need of a few minor adjustments. I took mine all the way apart, and then I removed the little clear plastic flap that looked like a guide for coins but could only be blocking them. Next, in reassembling it, I kept the two screws sticking down into the exit pathway of the coins backed out enough to prevent those interfering with coins as well. Third, I tightened the set screws holding the drawer in place until the drawer actually stays levels in place instead of flopping forward and tilting down when pulled (as instructed to pull by the manual). Finally, this thing does work after all my repairs to a new device, which should be quite a shameful thing for this manufacturer. It is meant to work as shown in my photos; it does not work if you actually pull the drawer all the way forward. The design is cheap, and the factory assembly is worse. As a secondary drawback to all that, since this isn’t a digital counter of any sort, you’ll never know that your coin roles contain exactly the amount of coins intended in a roll for the expected monetary value of said coin roll. You need to watch and manually power off the machine each time a coin roll gets level to its top. Then you can change just that roll; the plastic tubes do come out of the machine with a little effort and can be reinstalled with likewise a little effort to tuck them back under the lip as pictured. If you just want to jettison coins into tubes, this will do it after enough front work from you. (I spent two hours repairing my brand new device, driven by my curiosity.)If your device is jamming, it’s not your fault or anything to do with the coins. You’ll need to strip the device to parts to even get your coins back to you, since the initial assembly doesn’t prevent them falling into the back of the machine, will inevitably trap coins with screws poking into their only exit pathway, etc.Best of luck, and better yet get a nicer coin sorter for yourself.
