Some assembly required to use, very light, fills quick, and has good pressure. It is a little noisy, but it's a compressor, so that's to be expected. It doesn't take up a lot of space, and it's very efficient. Definitely recommend for small around the house needs.

A great compressor for a small size. Pumps up fast and is not loud. Very good item.

I bought this to use in my motor home with dual tires. Air inflators that can inflate a dual tire typically cost over $300. I spent less than $130 by the time I bought all the accessories I needed. It is also much quieter and faster than any inflator I've ever used.

Vevor 2.1 gallon air compressor: The fit and finish are impressive. However….1. No comprehensive manual was found in the box and after searching the internet, it appeared that neither was there one available from the manufacturer online.2. The included “manual” is rudimentary to say the least! There is even no image of the compressor itself, merely one of a generic compressor made by Vevor. Indeed, the compressor shown in the “manual” has wheels and is large. This small compressor has no wheels. An image/s would show the owner the various parts on the compressor and their function.Even some labels on the machine are confusing. For example: "Please turn off the pressure switch before power off otherwise it may affect the performance of the machine". In this regard, there is no pressure SWITCH, only a tightening valve that regulates the total pressure available to the tool unit. Is this the 'SWITCH' that is being referred to here? One presumes that the pressure relief valve adjacent to the two pressure dials is there to relieve pressure under certain conditions. What are those conditions? The pressure relief valve should be labeled as such in a manual and in the machine!!The overload protection button should be labeled in a diagram and its function clearly explained. There are two pressure dials on this machine. Clearly, one is to indicate the pressure being delivered to the tool and the maximum safe pressure for operation. The other dial indicates the current pressure in the tank. What is its importance and relationship to the delivery pressure dial at various air delivery rates? Is the tank dial even necessary or useful in a small compressor?3. Assembly:I have many years of experience fixing, welding, woodworking, plumbing etc. So I am not normally intimidated by assembly of pre-built items. In this case however, several confusing situations arose. These included:The attachment of cushion foot. It was fairly obvious to me that the smaller bolts and nuts were to be used for this purpose, but assembly for the uninitiated would be easier with an accompanied illustration. Also, I suggest that a washer be placed under the head of the bolt to decrease abrasive pressure on the underside of the rubber foot. Many people might also place the anti-slip nut head on the bottom of the rubber foot instead of the other way around. Instructions should indicate that that is incorrect. The attachment of the handle to the cylinder heads is an absolute NIGHTMARE! After some consideration, it became obvious that the square nuts were be placed in the sliders on top of each cylinder head. However, those square nuts fall below the level of the end of the bolts when the bolts are placed downward and into the slots for the square nuts. This makes it impossible to screw the bolts into the square nuts without raising the square nuts within the slots. I had to contrive a system to push the square nuts upward within the slots so that I could screw the bolts downward into each of the square nuts (see Image A). Also, the square nuts had to fall exactly below the bolts of the handle so that the bolts could engage the nuts successfully. To do this required raising the square nuts within the slots using a strip of cardboard and then, many attempts at aligning the bolts with the square nuts. This alignment is almost impossible to see as the handle is lowered down over the slots. This situation could be remedied at the design level in many ways. The muffler attachment to the cylinder heads is not described at all. Consequently, I attached each muffler to each cylinder head by hand, rotating them until they were firmly attached and the muffler openings were facing down. Is it necessary to tighten the mufflers to the cylinders with a wrench or is hand tightening sufficient? Also, in which direction should the muffler openings face after the mufflers are attached?Attaching the air hose coupler to the compressor should be done using teflon tape to prevent air leakage. No tape is supplied with the unit. (I recently bought a propane fire pit from Wayfair…Teflon tape was supplied with the unit).A list of required tools and materials should accompany instructions for assembly…(like IKEA). For example: crescent (or other…specify size) wrench, Phillips #3 screwdriver, hex head cap driver (size) and Teflon tape.In summary: This looks like a good little machine but instructions for its assembly and operation are nothing short of ABSENT. Very disappointing so far. Let's see how it performs.Later: very quiet and light weight. Fit and finish excellent. I'm upgrading it by one star. However, I rest my case on the manual and assembly directions. VERY POOR.

This is advertised as "Ultra quiet" and bought it because I wanted to use it in my workshop to blow dust out of units I was restoring. My workshop is in the house and this beast is probably a good air compressor but is even louder than my harbor freight unit in the garage. Can't hear even yelling over the noise. DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE on the noise. It is a typical Chinese air compressor loud and clunky.

I had an issue with the item and contacted the seller. I received a reply the next day and they took the steps necessary to resolve the issue very quickly. I have other Vevor products and have been satisfied with the purchases, so I would definitely recommend dealing with Vevor in the future.

We just needed the compressor to go in our air machine...you know, where you charge someone $1.75 for 5 minutes of air?We stripped the compressor off of the assembly and used it for such purpose. Before tearing it apart, I did use the device, as it was built & sold - aired up a few tires around the shop. It worked fine. Now it works fine out in our coin operated machine. It's only the second one we've bought in 3 years. It withstood endless, daily use for that long before we replaced it - yep, our second one. They're tough little compressors!I kept the tank for my own uses. All In all, this is a nice compressor and it has a lot of parts that can be used for many purposes. For everybody else, this compressor-tank combo is great for pneumatic brad & staple guns. My work partner purchased one just for such use (I shared the Amazon link with him) He enjoys the compact size of this machine because it can be kept in the cab of his truck and no one can see it or has tried to steal it from him when he locks it in his rear passenger area (extended cab pickup truck) It's lightweight enough to take with you wherever you need to do your work. This thing can run a DA sander or a die grinder for short durations too. The little tank helps in that aspect. We will buy another when the time comes, no question about it...Two thumbs up!

We do home renovations, we have several air compressors but I was looking for a small, light weight, low noise and quick reliable air compressor. This compressor it doesn't look heavy duty but it has good performance until now, it fits great in our service truck with our service air hoses, air nailers, air staplers, finishing nails guns and other tools. The only small modifications required were the base suction cups only had bolts no washers, washer will prevent the bolts from making a hole to rubber suction cups, the second modification was the direction of air hose connector, we just put and elbow to change the direction to point the front of the compressor, the other modification required the power cable is too short and requires an electrical extension most of the time not making it practical, planning to change the power connection for a 6' cable to be able to reach the floor when working in kitchens, restrooms where the power outlets are located near countertops. If we need more air at a job site, we jus use this little compressor to fill up a bigger portable air tank and we connected our air hoses to the tank and not directly to the air compressor. So far so good, only time will tell!
