Packs punch for its size. For chipping out a few inches of concrete, it’s awesome, drilling for tapcons etc. 10/10!!

I was scared as other drills couldn'tdrill into concrete. This tool drills like a hot knife through butter. Multiple speeds and settings to utilise as needed. Weight not a problem for me as a female.

I only need a larger hammer drill once in a while. I have smaller hammer drills that handle the lighter work.. anchors and such. But sometimes you need that bigger tool! This unit has surprised me! It is performing much better than expected. Did a couple of heavy duty jobs without issue. Well worth the price. Honestly if it failed right now I would buy it again just because of the price. Mine has already paid for itself x2

The hammer drill does not have safety clutch and reverse mode. While drilling in wood it got stuck & the whole machine started twisting hitting my wrist and arm. Caused lot of pain & swelling. Do not waste your money to buy danger.

Used this tool to break up Las Vegas caliche, rocks, and palm tree roots (which were worse than rocks!) for some below-ground irrigation trenches in my back yard. For me it did what I asked it to do at a price that was sensible, and I have no buyer's remorse.Since this was a one-off project for me that didn't justify pouring money into a Makita or something, and because I couldn't predict how much I'd actually use the tool, I also couldn't justify renting a demo hammer from Home Depot either. Instead I bought this and a cheap set of bits (found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BJPG4JDV ) and went to town for four or five days boring through some tough Nevada desert dirt. The bits needed to be sharpened on my grinder first to be effective, but the tool did exactly what I asked of it for about the same price as one day's rental of a Makita. As my pictures show, I not only was going through lousy desert caliche, but there was solid rock, an edge to the concrete slab that needed to be trimmed, and an INSANE and endless root system from 7 palm trees that had been removed from the yard... good grief I never thought any tree could be so resilient and invasive of the ground. This tool and a spade bit were essential for that... I would've been there for a thousand years without it.This is my second Vevor tool and they're quickly becoming my favorite low-budget tool company. The first was a wet polisher I used to bevel edges onto tile for a bathtub/shower remodel, and for the price, that tool didn't disappoint me either. They aren't Makita or Dewalt quality obviously, (not by far), but if you aren't using them professionally/daily, and if purchasing an expensive Makita or Dewalt isn't sensible, the Vevor tools seem to do the trick. I'd say they'd even do well as a backup to a set of professional, every day tools. However - as others have mentioned, the product listing is inaccurate as this will NOT drill-only. It has THREE drill settings - hammer, locked, and hammer drill. For me it made no difference (I have a Dewalt hammer drill that will drill only), but for someone else this might be a deal-breaker.All in all, money well-spent for me.

Vevor for the price is excellent value and quality. This particular rotary hammer drill when through brick and cinder block like a champ. Used if for a 4" x 10" vent opening and did everything from drilling holes at all four corners first and then busting the rest.

I have been surprised with this tool. It seems like it is decently made. I used it to drill fence post holes into lava rock. It gets the job done but it takes a little more time and effort than the big Makitas I have rented from Home Depot. I would say it’s a pretty good deal for what it is. Just don’t expect it to move through hard rock like butter.

This review is for the 1500w corded version. For the cost of a single 4hr rental of a similar tool I have gotten 12hrs+ of use out of this and now I have it for later use.I can't compare it to other tools but it chipped out old tile and underlayment without hesitation. It did get a little hot after continuous use. I just set it in front of a fan for a few minutes and continued on. Make sure to keep an eye on your lube port and use the included lubricant. Also included is an extra set of brushes which is a nice inclusion. The hand painted logo where the silk screen failed made me lol. For the cost I really don't care.

Great for a homeowner. Not heavy enough for professional use and really lightweight. It works as it is supposed too.

I don’t like the fact that this drill doesn’t have a CSA approval rating.and the case is actually too small for the drill leaving the cord pinched badly. Please supply me with a larger case.
