Used on veneer limestone on vertical retaining wall. Works well but doesn't go far. Plan accordingly.

This adhesive works perfectly! It grabs quickly and is very strong. It holds this very heavy stone easily. The only reason for the 4 stars is it’s too expensive. We were only able to install almost 4 panels with each tube. They cannot be full because we got 6 panels covered with LPL, so we switched and it was fine also.

This is the first adhesive I've ever used that bonds stone to wood in freezing cold weather. All other brands have come apart within 6 months.

Follow the instructions and it works well. Some tubes seem to "instantly bond" more instantly than others but it's pretty consistent and all my manufactured stone veneer did bond well. The problem is the cost for the amount of stone you can bond per tube. I bought 10 tubes expecting to get close to completing my 130 square foot outdoor chimney. I could see right away I was incorrect. Long story short, adhering stone veneer to a cinder block chimney and I ended up using 4.5 tubes for every 10 square feet. So plan accordingly. I think this product, due to cost, is more suited for repairing/replacing a few stones that may come off... certainly not cost effective for an entire project.

It is a very effective adhesive for ledger stone panels, but each tube can only cover about 10 square feet. Not cost effective.

I searched & searched online for a product that would hopefully have the strength to hold a 15lb natural stone ledger to the metal framing of a fireplace (w/ ZERO support underneath). I read about this product and I had my doubts but could not find anything comparable that I had confidence would work. I can not even believe how PERFECT it worked. I am telling you the stone didn't sag WHATSOEVER, I still can't believe it. I think this is a fairly new product or there would be a million positive reviews. I know there are some strong construction adhesives but not many that can hold something so heavy in position on a VERTICAL METAL SURFACE. **Make sure you have a heavy duty caulking gun, one with at least an 18:1 thrust ratio, and you won't have any problems. If you were to use a regular caulking gun I don't think you'd be able extract this as it's extremely thick. This product allowed me to put up all the stone for my fireplace in one night!
