Exactly as in photo. Well made, sturdy. Our mistake, it hangs over a railing while we needed it mounted under a window, so make sure a railing box is what you want. Otherwise, we love it!

There was no install instruction booklet enclosed with the window boxes. I had to go on line to get the instruction booklet. Amazon indicated it would fit railings up to 6” wide however, the on line instructions indicated 5 1/2”. The metal brackets do not lay flush on the railing. See attached pictures.

Our window ledge was not the right shape to get the planters to hang. However, my husband was able to secure the brackets to the outside of the window frame and it worked just fine!

They are plastic but still look pretty good for the price. Set up was interesting but it went together without too much fuss. They secure on railing quite well and I don't think I will have to worry about them staying up while not damaging the railing. Now I just have to wait for spring to use them. That will be a different sort of adventure with my black thumb.Wish me, and the plants I choose, as my victims, luck. They will need it more than I.

Seems like great quality - substantial and heavy but it was not as the picture. Missing base moulding/ detail. I’m unsure if I will send back or if I like the modern base.

I liked the look of these boxes, unfortunately after one use the bottoms are not reinforced and have begun to separate. It needs to be reinforced on the bottom. They should be better quality for the price you’re paying.
