These worked well for a pair of rear wall-mounted speakers. However, the holes in the wall plate didn't line up with the thru-holes in the mounting brackets. Instead, they lined up with the oval-shaped holes above and below these, so the screws went into the drywall instead of the bracket. Fortunately I was careful when I cut the rectangular openings in the drywall, and I was able to drill starter holes in the drywall and use screws with thread more like wood screws than machine screws to hold the wall plate in place. It's kind of funny, I just installed an RJ45 wall plate jack. I bought the plate and mounting bracket separately, and they lined up correctly. This product that came kitted did not.

These look great but that rubber insert pops out way too easy if you're trying to manipulate a wire. I stuck it down with a few good dabs of guerrilla glueEdit: turns out the one I used and reviewed was missing a piece holding in the rubber. The other in the box worked great with no issue

Eazy Install has all you need to create two perfect openings for cables. I use it to get a network cable from my office to the family room. My family room shares a wall with my office.

This kit was perfect for my needs to create exit points for my in-wall 12 AWG cable for my home theater surround speakers. Everything required for professional looking results was present and it represented a fantastic value over buying individual parts at my local hardware store. I think the opening in this rubber style passthrough works best for one or two cables, and opting for the brush type passthrough is probably better for higher cable counts. I never thought such a simple product could bring so much joy to my life, and yet here it is.

Well made and easy to use. Was able to "straighten" up a poorly cut drywall hole.

Simple and got the job done. The lil rubber piece was annoying and kept coming off so recommend getting the wires where you need them first and putting it all together last! Definitely easier than I thought! Check your code in your area prior to instal for regulations on running power through your wall!
