One tine bent within two weeks of purchase. Not the best quality.

Good product overall but outside tines need more support. I welded additional support.

Update review:Immediately goes from 1 to 5 stars! I posted the missing hole for one of the screws. I never contacted the company because this is a free for review situation. The company reached out to me in less than 2 days of me writing the review. They offered to replace and o explained that I didn’t want to take advantage of their initial generosity and the decision to replace would be up to them in this circumstance - and I would understand.Less than a week and I received a replacement. Put it together and OMG - this works better than my rototiller. Soil is grunts and weeds aren’t grinder into soil (unable to pick out) and only to regenerate.Considering I’m a 63 year old woman w/7 leg surgeries from a fall and recent cancer treatment, I tore up a 10’ x 10’ section in less than 15 minutes - including picking out full weeds. So easy- it will take longer to smooth the dirt with a rake. Amazing tool!Initial postRipped out ivy but wanted to remove all roots and off shoots underground. This tool was sure to be the answer. Broke down box, removed staples and gobs of plastic tape for recycle. Removed protective bubble wrap to reveal heavy metal tines and sturdy handle. While only needing 4 bolts/washers and nuts, was a tad heavy to manage to put together inside on a rainy day only to discover a missing hole.So in order to be able to use, I’ve got to purchase a drill bit that is the correct size, be able to drill the hole. Unfortunately, I got this tool so I can use my body rather than my recent lumpectomy and lymphectomy arm.Now it just takes up space till I can manage.

Update:Seller was aware of the issue and refunded my purchase. Thank you!I had a skilled handy-person drill the hole for me, and that solved the problem. Othersize well constructed with solid welds, and I need that with heavily compacted clay soils.-----------------------------------Like another reviewer, I too have a missing screw hole on one side attaching handle to blade unit.Photo 1 shows missing hole attaching blades to handle.Photo 2 shows other handle with correct holes.Unusable without all 4 screws.Looks like a quality control issue. Please help!!!!

This broadfork is huge a tills a large swath of ground in one pass. It was easy to assemble and feels comfortable in your hands. Very well designed. Highly recommended.SPECIAL NOTE: As an approved Amazon Vine member with Gold status, I am trusted to select items for review (sometimes from a list of almost 130,000 options). Many of these items are new to the market, or a seller simply wants some additional exposure for their product. I am NOT required to review every item in exchange for receiving and trying it out. I only order products that are important to me (ones I know I have an interest in and will use), and always strive to provide an honest evaluation of my experience. I do not automatically give a 4- or 5-star review, because the community of Amazon purchasers deserve to know real thoughts and experiences. So, my reviews are always and only based on my use and testing of the product. In that you can trust 100%. It's also important to note that I pay almost 30% in federal income taxes for each item that I receive, whether I review it or not.
