How to Install
Step 1
Adjust the lock buckle to the position you need to install.
Step 2
Tighten the knob.
Step 3
Insert the bottle into the lock buckle.
Step 4
Pull the lock buckle to lock it, and the installation is now complete.

Design is not successful. The spoke on the spout hurts my rabbit’s tongue. He will not use the bottle.

The function i wish it can with a ball for where the water came out of instead. It took some time for my guinea pig to adjust to it. I have to teach them how to use it. I wish on the top wouldn't leak so easily. Wish it seal better. Size wise it's perfect. Durability wise it's good. I'm constantly banging my leg on it forgetting about it but still good holds up great.

This small animal water bottle is excellent quality and works perfectly! It’s the type typically used for conures and other large birds, but I decided to use it for my small pet, and it’s been great so far. It’s easy to attach to the cage, doesn’t leak, and keeps the water clean and fresh.However, since it’s a style more familiar to birds, I recommend also providing a traditional ball-style water bottle until your pet gets used to this design. It took my little one a bit of time to figure it out, but now they use it like a pro. Overall, it’s a fantastic product that I’d highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for something durable and hygienic!

I would definitely recommend this for anything larger than a rat like a chinchilla ferret or rabbit. It works great, but not for smaller animals.

This is one of the strangest bottle designs I've seen. Definitely not the standard design, and I understand what they are trying to do but it's kind of iffy on the design and functionality.Pros:I do like the ability to fill from the top of the bottle.The tip truly is leak proof, nothing comes out unless the animal starts gnawing on the little metal rodIt holds quite a bit of waterThe mounting bracket is very secureCons:The top part is definitely not leak proof. I tried to turn it upside down to unscrew the nozzle, and all the water dripped pretty freely out of the top cap. Kind of annoying that you can only really empty and fill from the top, especially if you're not used to this design.The metal rod at the nozzle is very ... odd. It looks like a torture device and made me very nervous because it's kind of a sharp tip and sharp edges at the tip of the nozzle. I understand that the design is meant to be leak proof, however I feel like the small animals who use these nozzles have soft little tongues that could potentially get scraped by these sharp edges. My guinea pigs figured out how to use the bottle but I also still feel a little nervous about them accidentally hurting themselves with the edges.I think the design is very different and clever, but could use some modifications.

In theory this could be great. My problem with it is that it is such cheap plastic that it’s really hard to screw the lid on and so it leaks unless you get it just right. I admit it did take me a while to figure out how to screw the latch onto the cage and then undo it in order to refill each time instead of having to unscrew each time.

I'm updating this review to 5 stars. I originally wrote that my piggies were not using it. It has a king of a metal lever in the spout as opposed to the standard 3 balls that everyone is familiar with. This confused the guinea pigs and me. I originally thought that the lever had to be pressed in, but it does not. The small animals just flick it to the side with their tongues and it dispenses the water quite easily! It took a few days for them (and me) to figure that out. Aren't new things wonderful?This bottle does NOT leak. I love that the top opens for cleaning and filling. I also love that the spout is easy to clean, and I don't have to wonder if there is gunk in between the metal balls. I really like the way it attached to the cage. It is on there tightly and despite the learning curve, they have not loosened the bottle with their nipping and pulling the nozzle. Your piggies might be confused at first, but they will figure it out. Mine made a liar out of me!
