i wanted to replace the hands on my wall clock. the problem with these hands were they did not work when i installed them on my clock.

The replacement "hands" were fine; they were just too large for their intended purpose. When I prepared to return them, imagine my surprise when I learned that the UPS shipping cost was 66 percent of the item's cost. Is it worth a whopping $3.00 return? What do you think? I think it stinks! Bad business practice.

These hands are the size and style I wanted. They fit perfectly, and are good quality. The problem was, they are NOT GOLD in color. I almost sent them back because they are more a copper color, or maybe a tarnished brass, which was unacceptable. I decided to paint them with a can of shinny metallic GOLD spray paint. Now I love them.So be prepared to accept the COPPER COLOR, or repaint them.
