Bought two, one for me and one for my husband so we can play together. It's so much fun. I think people who aren't familiar with computers might have a harder time using the desktop modes. But once you get used to it, this thing is ultimately awesome. Battery life sucks if you're really playing it. But I recommend getting a dock so it charges while you play on the tv with HDMI. Worth the investment! Plus get a PS5 controller if you don't own one and and PS5 controller keyboard.

Tudo ok, só o carregador que veio padrão UK, mas um adaptador resolveu.O steam deck em si nem precisa de opinião, se tiver em dúvida vai no YouTube ler reviews.

The lcd steam deck is a impressive piece of gaming hardware for what is does and is capable of.14,000 games verified plug and play .Infinite number of old and new game titles. If you can do the technical footwork with proton and wine emulatorsLinux is not that scary or confusing. It's basically just like android operating systems.Great for road trips and long flights .Battery life is about 1 hour 30 minutes on more graphic intensive games . Think red dead redemption 2/ gta5On 2d games like vampire survivers etc4 hours Battery life .I bought a Sambert 1tb ssd . To replace the stock 64 gig one .Swapping out the old ssd for the new one wasn't hard .Is does help if you have previous experience with building and maintaining computer equipment. The big thing for why I bought it is that youCan carry your whole steam library with you .And play at least 3/4 of it .Recommend a big 40 watt battery bank for long sessions.

I was a bit skeptical as you cant buy a steam deck in australia currently. There were some issues with postage but that was AusPost's fault (horrible postage service). i messaged the seller and the item then arrived 2 days later! The deck itself is great. paired with a 512gb samsung micro sd card i currently have around 20 games installed. Some big some small.Great quality and not flimsy. Great in the hands. I have a skin applied to mine thay i bought from ETSY. The base model is black however. Comes with an official carrying case and tamper seal.It does come with an official EU charging plug NOT an AU one but seller did include an adaptor. The adaptor itself was pretty flimsy but it was free and does work. I suggest buying an alternate quality travel adaotor for peace of mind.I do recommend buying from this seller and definitely messaging them if there are any issues!

I purchased my Steam Deck from 'RocketDrop LLC' since they were located in the same state as me, only 25 minutes away, thinking I would get it a lot sooner. Haha, that wasn't the case. But regardless it only took about 6 days total..due to them being a bit slow on the ball with getting it shipped out. No big deal. Its awesome. I unfortunately haven't gotten the chance to play it as much as I'd like but from what I have this thing is amazing, which I knew it would be. It's like having a low to low/mid tier gaming rig in your hands (and if you don't have a PC right now due to astronomical prices for components it's your best option right now)I bought mine at $443.99, only a $45 difference from the steam store wasn't a big deal. It gave me the chance to use my Amazon gift card towards it. But looking at the current price of the 64GB on here at the time of me writing this (3/13/23).. it's listed for $520, guess I jumped at the right time. At that price just grab the 256GB from the steam store for $529 tbh.Moving onto the size (64GB). Yeah, it's not a lot of space at all especially if you're looking to put AAAs on it. For now you can just get a good microSD card (U3, A2)..the load time differences between the SD card and the SSD are negligible at best, it's not a big deal. eMMc also isn't incredibly slower than NVMe..its slower, yeah. But nothing crazy. And if these things are a big deal the great thing about these things is that you can just go and buy a 512GB-1TB 2230 m.2 NVMe SSD, pop open the back and swap it out. Just watch the video on ifixit, one of the tons of videos on YouTube or even ValvE has a video on how to replace the current 64Gb drive for the bigger upgraded NVMe SSD (make sure it is a 2230 form factor). I eventually plan on doing this myself but for now will stick with using my SD card since like I mentioned - the difference in load times is negligible. It'll just be easier to not deal with shader cache storage from games taking up my space, etc. But I'm not too worried about it right now.At first I was kind of on the fence on purchasing from here. There weren't a ton of reviews and there were a few bad reviews about a screen issue, a used device, etc. Alot of this depends on the specific seller (which you can choose in the drop down and check the sellers reviews of their store). But mine was flawless, brand new in box, plastic still on the deck and the zippers had the Valve tag still locking them closed - as you can see in one of my pictures. (Sorry I didn't take a photo of it running beyond the start up screen)I'm glad that within the last 5 weeks many more have purchased from Amazon and in their reviews have had a positive experience with their Decks too. I've also seen from Valve that the Steam Deck warranties are interchangeable and if you ever develop an issue you can RMA it to Valve to fix it even though it was purchased new through Amazon.Ok, this is long enough lol. Honestly at this current price point of $520. Just get it at Valve and wait the extra week - I also noticed some sellers who were selling this at $430-450 a month ago are now even selling it for $599 🤦. After the seller with the $520 steak decks are gone..I think the next cheapest seller was at around $548. That's insane but obviously up to all of you. Still a great buy when I snagged it last month and I'm very happy with it.The fact that I can play AAA MMOs in the palm of my hands at a steady 30+ FPS..not even on low settings is insane to me. And for less than $450 (not talking about aya neo, GPD, One player, etc who charge astronomical prices for their devices)

I had an expectation that the lower capacity steam deck would be glacially slow and only useful to people who played low overhead games in steam. I couldn’t have been more happily proved wrong. This thing is great. Let’s just go through the basics.Omg it’s huge! Yeah! It’s not just pro controllers that everyone pays more for on their consoles, it’s has everything. Full size joysticks… check… capacitive joysticks… yup… dual trackpads? What? Does it come with free lambo keys? Full size dpad and button set? Yup… l1,2,3,4 and r1,2,3,4 … yup… and if your finger are big old meat puppets… it still totally works. Blows the switch out of the water in control.Oh, but it’s steam… it’s complicated… nah… it’s as easy as gamepass and easier than whatever tier of psplus sony is slinging right this second. But it’s not powerful… log onto steam and look at all the great on deck verified titles.Let me break this down…. In general it’s more powerful than a switch. For controls, it’s even better than a PS5.The only way you will feel that this system is slow is directly comparing a game on one platform to the same game on the steam deck. The fact that the other platform will only play one game better really needs to be addressed. This system is absolutely worth the money.Start out with the free aperture desk job game from the steam store and move into some classics like portal before checking how long you have enjoyed the steam deck for, then consider if it was worth it.For me, this system is completely worth it.

Firstly I would like to thank the seller "Tech-retail" for sending a brand new genuine console and the packaging was amazing. Steam deck is awesome when it comes to playing games. There are many games like WWE 2k22 , which has been marked as "unplayable", however most of them actually works and very much playable with a bit of tweaking with the settings. I had a Nintendo switch, xbox series s and PS4 , yet I went for this because I wanted to play AAA games on the go. But there r few things I would like to tell my fellow Indian gamers who r thinking of buying this console. You will get a charger (usa based) which is not supported in our normal plug, even if some of you are thinking that you will use powebank to charge the console, but most powerbank are usually of 18 watt or 20 watts. So when I plug in my powerbank , i get a pop up msg on the console that it is much lower than the recommended level of 45 watts. And the console wasn't charging at all, so i had to went and buy a 45watt charger which cost me 2,990 rupees from a local store . So keep that in mind. Please arrange a 45 watt charger or powerbank in order to charge the console. Hope it helps someone. I have also created a Facebook group to help the new owners of the steam deck here in India to help them with emulation or how to play non steam games and windows game. Feel free to join if any of you are interested.
