Fantastic seats from a fantastic company. I recently purchased six Valencia Piacenza Home Theater seats for my newly built home theater and love them. The feel well-built and fit the room perfectly. I'm looking forward to years of using them with my family on movie nights.

I ordered these seats and the very next day a rep texted and asked for my contact information and the same day called to tell me more about my purchase and to see if I had any questions. He answered all of my questions and gave me a delivery date of about 2 weeks. To my surprise they arrived in less than a week. Once unpacking the seats, I was very impressed with the quality of them. Assembly was very simple that a caveman could it. Overall, I am satisfied and would purchase them again.

I purchased a Row of 3 Loveseat Right - Piacenza from Valencia Home Theater Seating through Amazon. I normally try to purchase products "ships and sold from" Amazon as much as possible, due to reliable Prime delivery. This order ships and sold from Valencia directly; however, it turned out to be the most joyful purchase experience after the year 2000. The order was placed on Thursday, Aug. 8th, close to midnight. A call was made by a sales representative the next early morning, to confirm contact information, verify exact product, then release it to carrier. Over the weekend, a call from the carrier was initiated to schedule for delivery on Tuesday, Aug 13th. In the meantime, friendly rep responded to inquiries with detailed communication via texts. Yes, 3 boxes arrived in my garage in 5 days (3 business days). A follow-up call came 3 days after delivery to make sure everything is alright.Assembling the seat is easier than getting it out of the box. A QR code launched short video shows you how it's done. After connecting all 3 pieces, the seat looks very modern, sturdy, and comfortable. We have watched about 10 movies on it so far, it's design, quality, and value definitely meet our expectations.Combined with excellent customer services, I would certainly like to make future purchases from Valencia as long as products fit our needs.

These chairs are exquisite and so comfortable. The electric recliner function is superb. Very heavy though, so be warned when moving. But for me this is a sign of their quality and the materials used. BE AWARE: the delivery process requires you to be contacted by phone to confirm delivery (the delivery does not happen until you respond!). So make sure you have an up to date number on your Amazon account. I was not aware of this but when I contacted Valencia they resolved the issue swiftly and rearranged delivery. The customer service I experienced was superb. I highly recommend these chairs if they are within your budget.

We love these seats! Very comfortable and durable. I’m a larger guy (6’3, 299 ish lbs) and I fit great in the chair. Easy to assemble and to keep clean. Soft leather and great features include storage in the armrest to hide clutter. Excellent value! Excellent customer service (shout out to Michael!, super responsive)! 10/10

Great experience. While the price seems high, it is not bad at all once compared to similar standard quality furniture. Furniture arrived earlier than expected, shipping company was courteous and helpful. My wife and I were able to assemble the furniture in less than 20 minutes (we purchased the loveseat theater seating). They are comfortable and well made. They are indeed pretty pet safe, our dogs have already climbed and drooled all over them, with cleanup a breeze. Arm storage is very convenient. We have had the furniture for several weeks now and are very happy with our decision to go with Valencia.

Whenever I order anything from Amazon that has more than four digits to the left of the decimal, I tend to get a little weak in the knees when I click Buy Now. My brief bit of nerves wasn't just vanquished with the confirmation email, but the confirmation PHONE CALL.Thankfully, Valencia's theater seating is just as great as their customer service. This has been a zero-regrets order and has already provided weeks of theater fun and comfort.We went with the Row of 4 Loveseat Center model. Valencia communicated a clear ship time, and the unit arrived as described in 4 separate large boxes. The delivery is " to the front door" unless you have some extra hootch on hand. In that case, the boxes may travel a little bit further.The hardest part of the setup was getting rid of the boxes. The chairs arrive in two pieces, the bottom and the back. The back easily slides into the receiver on the bottom, and the electric cable connections are clearly marked and easily attached. With a bit of sliding, the chairs latch together. Plug in the power, and you are literally up and running.The chairs are comfortable, and the motors running the head and footrests are quiet. The chairs look fantastic and really set off our dedicated viewing room.If I had a complaint, it's lame. The blue LEDs are too bright. Our 10' projector screen, in a totally dark room, picks up too much of the light. I love the light, as they also illuminate the cup holders, so I'm playing with a few ideas to change the dispersion angle. Of course, this won't be an issue if you are in a lighted room.I really can't say enough about the support team at Valencia. When buying a high-dollar item, you want everything to work; with this purchase, it certainly did.Now, what to watch tonight...

Great design. High quality leather and construction. Comfortable. Love the power recliner and headrest. The LED lights under footrest and cup holders are surprisingly cool. Excellent overall value. Easy to set up.

Bought this two months ago, we were moving so they stayed in the boxes for a while. We set them up a month ago and we figured we'd use them for a while before writing a review. To our delight the home theatre seats are exactly as described!The leather is super soft, and comfortable in literally any position. The power recline and power headrest work great and are so quiet you don't have to pause what you're watching to adjust your seat.The LED lights really make the seats pop (see pictures). The cup holders are large and the LED lights on them help you easily find your drink in the dark. Each armrest has it's own storage, great for remotes, phones, etc. Each armrest also has a USB port, very convenient.The only negative thing I can say is they are heavy, 53 kg (117 lbs) was the weight of each box. It was quite the workout carrying them up to the second floor of our home. If you order them make sure you have help carrying them! On a positive note, they arrived a little over a week after we ordered them, and the delivery driver unloaded them right into our garage, which was very helpful.The setup was easy, each chair was in two parts, and they "clicked" together on the first try. Then we simply "clicked" the three seats together and voilà!As you can see from the pictures we ordered the row of three with the love seat. This setup is great for cuddling, and much to our surprise, even if one is reclined and the other is not!Finally, the customer service was incredible. Peter called to confirm the order and the delivery details, something you just don't get with online ordering.Five Stars +!
