How to use the foam mattress vacuum bags correctly?
1. Prepare:
Before placing the mattress in the vacuum seal bag, ensure it is clean and dry. Remove any dust or dirt to prevent contamination during storage.
2. Put in:
Select a vacuum seal bag that is the correct size for your mattress. There are three options for you to choose: King size, queen size and twin size, which could cover all your needs. Open the zipper, and place the mattress in. Make sure the mattress is centered and aligned with the opening of the bag.
3. Vacuum:
Pinch the clip at the left end of the zipper, and slide it until over the middle of the zipper. Then pinch the clip at the right end of the zipper, and slide it until over the middle of the zipper. Slide both clips several times, to make sure the whole zipper is tightly sealed. Open the valve, vacuum air out with your household vacuum cleaner, and close the valve cap. As the mattress is very big, it takes a little long time to vacuum the mattress seal bag. And when vacuuming, you could pat and press the bag, to get the best vacuuming effect.
4. Roll:
Roll the vacuumed mattress bag from one end to the other. It works better if there are two persons.
5. Bind:
Bind the bag with the straps which come with the package.

These where terrible they where holes upon arriving , and didn’t even close them down. I’d not recommend these.

I have a memory foam twin mattress that this fit perfectly in however I wasn’t able to seal off the edge tight enough since after three hours of air gotten in, I do feel the opening should’ve been on the short and not the long end.

This is a great solution to our space problem! We have memory foam mattresses for when the grandkids come to visit. They are getting a little bigger and needed their own space for sleeping. The problem was storing the mattresses between visits. This storage bag works great. It’s easy to insert the mattress and with little effort suck the air out with a shop vac. Once it is shrunk down just roll it up and store in the garage! These bags look and feel quite durable. They keep the air out very well and will keep the bedding clean during storage. I was skeptical that it would be this easy but was very impressed. I will be getting a couple more of these for storing all the mattresses. I highly recommend this item for moving or storage solutions.

We have two teton xxl cots. Store both 3" mats together in one bag. Saves lots of space. When in the field we just insert the mats and roll as much air out of them as possible. Since the bags have a check valve you can push air out and none will come back in. Once home we hook up the shop vac and shrink the mats down more for storage. Have used the bags multiple times. Workes great! Saves space and keeps the mats clean.

I didn't get this for a twin mattress. I had a queen size memory foam mattress pad I didn't really like. I replaced it after a week as it was just too firm for me. Luckily the second one I ordered was much more to my liking. A friend of mine wanted the one I didn't like but she lives in another state. The problem was that the memory foam alone was 2" thick and there was also a puffy mattress pad. I couldn't make it small enough to fit into a box small enough to ship. It came vacuum sealed but there was no way it would fit into any of the vacuum bags I had that were meant for comforters or clothes. I didn't even know anyone was selling one this large until I saw this listing. I figured that since it was the right length it should work. Iwas very happy to find I was right. I was able to fold both the pad and the foam in half and it fit with room to spare. I was able to vacuum out the air and even fit it into the original box that it came in. The bag is very thick, seals well and most importantly holds the seal. I've had other vacuum bags that slowly leak but I packed the box a week ago and it's still holding it's seal. I'll be shipping it out this week knowing that the box won't explode because the seal failed.
