Descriptions:Made of fine-grained tungsten carbide, the drill bit has good toughness, high hardness (HRC92), wear resistance and heat resistance. With good cutting strength and drilling effect, carbide tool offers long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates.

Suitable for CNC machining centers, CNC machine tools, precision engraving machines and other equipment. The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck, the better.
If the clamping length is shorter, you need to lower the feed rate and cutting speed to reduce vibration and extend the tool life. Combined with the material to be processed, select an appropriate feed rate and cutting speed to improve the tool life and obtain better processing accuracy and performance.

I was having trouble drilling a chrome plated brass fire bell to mount an eagle onto the top as a finial. This drilled thru the hard chrome with ease and never walked at all. Didn't chip and cut like a hot knife thru butter. I broke 2 masonry drills first and decided to give this a try. The flutes are not long being about 1/2" long but damn it works great.

Used MANUALLY for watchmaking, then the drill bit broke it like chocolate after 3 seconds. Quality ZERO !!!
