Introduction and Function
The screw post is a component composed of a screw with a flat head cap (with or without a drive slot) with a mechanical thread and a nut with a flat head cap. It is generally made of aluminum, copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials. When the screw post is used in binding booklets, photo albums, etc., first make a hole at a suitable position, the hole is 0.5mm larger than the diameter of the nut rod of the binding bolts. According to the thickness of the booklet, select the screw corresponding to the length of the nut rod, and insert the two ends into the holes to connect and lock.

I used it to replace an aluminum rivet in an awning window operator... It allowed me to get the tightest fit over all other options.... The window now operates better than ever and it was originally installed in the 1970s

Okay so I used these for a little unorthodox use hahaha I have a 2013 Harley Super Glide that used to have the directionals shooting off the sides. I relocated them to the license plate mount. But this left holes in the sides and a loose back rest. I could have used bolts but I wanted something that looked better. I was skeptical that these would hold my weight (205lbs) when I hit bumps on the bike. Just over 1k miles now and they are holding strong!!
