I am fixing an old French art easel that was missing its thumb nuts. They are impossible to find. The originals were brass; these aren't but it's barely noticeable, and they work! Thanks!

Summary: Added these to a solar panel, and left it out in the rain for 3-days. These were RUSTED, as shown in the pictures.Recommendations: Buy stainless steel, these nickel plated are useless for corrosion resistance.Conclusion: At $10 for a 20-pack, rating this 1-star, and NOT recommended.

These are good and work for my intended purpose, however some of them are peeling from the metal plating creating sharp edges. Had to toss a couple for safety reasons so I didn’t cut myself forgetting they were sharp. Otherwise the rest are nice and work well.
