Parts are well made and have an unexpected quality to their construction. The Washer surfaces are smooth with no burrs and the edges are clean and not "stamped" cut. Probably tumbled for smooth edges. Nice. The bearings are very well made and fit perfectly. At first, the parts did not fit because the upper plastic sleeve bushing had risen up and collected dirt and grime underneath the flange making the bushing not seat flush. Once I removed the bushing and cleaned it's seat, I was able to reseat the bushing then install all the parts of the kit.Works great and turns much easier. I used a Quick grip clamp to hold the vertical spindle and tube together while I installed the upper washer and E- clip. Superb product for the price and will prevent premature wear as long as it's greased once a year.I had to re-align the steering tie rods after installation. It could have pulled hard before the steering bearings installation, it WAS hard to turn. Now it's easy to turn. 20 min. testing and it tracks straight now. (thumbs up)Happy, Happy, Happy

I used this product as a method of adding "power steering" to my old old ridding lawnmower. This works perfectly, cost-effective, and very easy to install. I would definitely buy again if needed again.

Grease, flat screw driver, hammer, and a couple wrenches is all it takes to add these bearing to your mower. Once they are installed you will find it much easier to steer your mower. Great value for the money

Product worked great but I had to grind the top washer on the riding lawn mower to get the c-clip on.

Bought these to put poor man power steering on the riding mower. They do reduce the effort to turn the wheel.

Installed on a craftsman DYT4000. Easy to install ( done by a 10 yr old ) don’t feel much different at a stand still but that’s due to tire friction twisting on the ground nothing will help that on manual steering. but moving at low speeds it makes a difference.

Ce roulement à aiguille aide vraiment les roues avant à tourner.Avec un heatgun, chauffer la coiffe de l’arbre de rotation de la roue. Une petite clip à retirer et l’arbre de rotation va descendre. Retirer le petit washer du bas et mettre les 2 washers et le roulement à aiguille au centre. J’ai rempli le roulement de graisse blanche au même moment. On replace l’arbre et la clip. Pour remettre la coiffe, un heatgun, aide grandement pour la rendre plus souple. Elle reprend sa place après sous la chaleur. Un peu de graisse dans l’embout zerk pour graisser l’arbre et le tour est joué pour une roue. Même quand c’est fraîchement graissé, ce roulement améliore encore plus la conduite qui se tourne sans effort même sans se déplacer.

I used these thrust bearings on the steering of my John Deere lawn tractor. They work well. Just took too long to get here.
