Arrived in thin mailer bag with threaded rods with inside a thin plastic bag. One of the rods was bent, but I was able to straighten it out enough for my purposes. In a few spots it looked like the thread wasn't cut well, but I ran a bolt over each spot and it felt smooth.Overall I'm happy with them, but it would be nice if they were packaged in something like a cardboard tube.
