I used one of these to build something similar to a Varitone switch in a Gibson SG copy guitar. It fits in the control cavity with lots of room to spare; I did need to enlarge the original potentiometer hole and rout the cavity a bit to make the switch shaft fit with enough thread to put the nut on.

Bought these to make some varitone switches . They all worked . Some channels didn’t work but I just soldered the caps to the other end and it solved the problem. In case anyone else runs into the same issue . I’m gonna blame myself cause the electronics are all solid and work great . This is a super good deal and can fit guitar knobs on em so it’s great

We bought these to add a selector to some 70V commercial speakers for adjustable wattage settings. The job would have been much easier if they'd provided any sort of diagram at all - even if they just posted one here on this page! Well, here - now there is one. Aside from that, they seem like a fine product for our needs.

pros - They are a solid control and do not seem like they would fall apart , built wellcons - I am using them to wire guitars and need them to put capacitors of different values on each pole.these do not have the small holes to thread the capacitor wire through. It is not a big problem but the manufacture should be aware of such a small thing can make a big difference. If the poles just had a small hole at the end of each pole soldering them would be stronger and may have a better effect.
