Doesn't stick very well so you have to be careful handling items that you might have to flip over or something, but gets the job done for cheap.

These are NOT dots with reflective centers! They are ONLY Black & White! I don't know if they'll work as well as my current reflective 3mm dots, but they are definitely inferior!
