I like the "feel" and quality of the weighted basketball. It still feels and dribbles like a regular basketball, except with the added the weight. The weight is distributed evenly, so the ball does not feel awkward when dribbling, passing or shooting. This will be great to use during training. I am very happy with this purchase!

I have never used a weighted ball before. It bounces the same. You can do everything the same as a regular basketball. It just takes a little more effort. Which is great because it helps build the strength and when you put a regular basketball in your hands after, I guarantee that ball is flying further than before. Great ball for practice.
