I work from home and use this for Zoom and Teams calls as well as for voice-to-text dictation with Dragon software, and it works great! Its very comfortable, I love how lightweight it is, perfect for all-day use. The mic works well, and I like how it can be plugged in via the headphone jack or USB port, perfect for any device.

This is a very nice headset. I work from home and am on the phone all day it seems and I have had several high-end headsets and they are nice but they often are heavy or hot to wear for a long time. This one is neither. I don't know what it would be like to play music through but for talking on the phone it is very light weight and in fact really really light. For someone on the phone a lot, it is excellent.

Purchased this headset within the last few months. Nothing but complaints from clients and partners about these headset. Not noise cancelling they can hear me typing, had a client say ouch in mid conversation because of loud screeching noise. People ask if they are on speaker. How horrible!!! Would like to return don't even want a replacement at this point. BUYER BE AWARE!

I purchased these headphones a couple I purchased these headphones a couple of years ago, and for the most part, they did everything I needed. The only issue I had was that when I was on the phone because I work from home, sometimes the other person couldn’t hear me all the time. The sound quality was good, and the comfort was good. They recently broke, and so I’m going to try a different company or a different headphone just to see if I can get a better one, but these are really great for the price.

I recently purchased this headset and I am very happy with it. It was inexpensive, lightweight, and has good sound and microphone quality. I use it for making calls from my computer for daily work and have had no sound concerns at all. The headphones were plug and play with Windows 11. They are made of plastic and are durable and the adjustable headband is easy to adjust and stays in place. They have a 3.5 mm plug that plugs into the controller section and the controller has a USB A plug that goes to your computer. The cable is long and needs to be managed at the desktop if you don't need the length; however, having extra cable length is better than being too short, IMO. Overall, this brand of headset is a bargain and an easy purchase decision if you are looking for an inexpensive headset that just plain works as described. It is not bad for gaming, podcasts, or music, not hi-fi by any means just acceptable overall. I would buy this exact model again if these break.

I’m super weirded out by the head band shape, it’s square and the sides don’t lay flat on your head. Looks bizarre . Two thumbs down
