I did a lot of research. So many things out there that are cheap knock-offs. Definitely made a good choice getting this brand. Already used and it worked wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Making madeleines is pretty simple, but it’s the pan that does most of the work. These pans are nonstick and after using butter and flour and freezing overnight, the madeleines come out crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Plus side, it’s very easy to wash with just soap and warm water.

Very well made, sturdy pans that yielded gorgeously defined Madeleine shells. The extra layer of insulation makes for an excellent bake. The aluminized steel is high quality, will last a long time. A breeze to clean, just wiped off with a sponge and rinsed. I tested two other brands and this was by far the best.

A very sturdy pan with 16 wells for the cakes. I used a nonstick spray even though the pan is nonstick and had no problems with each cake releasing from the pan. The short sides of the pan have 1 1/2 - 2 inches - easy to grab even with pot holders or oven mitts. A good heavyweight pan that cooks evenly and doesn't warp. Would definitely recommend this USA Pan brand - professional quality!

I bought this pan not knowing what kind of Madeleine pan to get. I've never made madeleines before. This pan is fantastic. It already feels super non stick but to be safe I sprayed it with a bunch of Pam but wiped all the excess away before I filled it. I didn't have to spray it again. I just wiped it with a paper towel between batches. I made 4 batches one after the other. As you can see it worked great. This pan is very heavy duty and I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. I will be buying more of these so I can fill more at a time so I don't have to wait for the first batch to be done. I absolutely recommend this pan 100%. If it helps I baked at 375 degrees for 11 mins.

I've had many madeleine pans over the years, but this may be the most reliably consistent one. I did brush the nonstick indentations with butter before using to ensure easy removal of madeleines, and they all turned out beautifully. They were evenly cooked, and I appreciated the fact that the pan cooks 16 at a time. My only complaint is that the ridges in the pattern are not quite sharp enough. Sharper ridges--as found in most French-made pans--would produce a better pattern on the madeleines. That being said, I do recommend this pan.

Surprisingly heavy, solid and looks durable in terms of finishing. I've used it once, my madeleines came out deliciously crisp on the edges which is no doubt thanks to the aluminized steel finishing of this madeleine baking pan. Of course, one can also say I've got a good recipe but I've tried the same recipe several times before, mostly using silicon molds and they came out, by far, less crusty. I've been told plastic doesn't conduct heat the same way as metal does...this pan sure confirms that! Also, it is as described: totally non-stick.I recommend 100%.
