We bought one 3-24 it was great. It stopped working the head broke. went to the old order and ordered another one new and improved they call it, finally got it hooked up and in appeared to be working however kept just stopping and sitting in same place needless to say beware we went to work day 2 and it sat and scrapped a huge whole through the marcite of our pool!!! Of course out of the 30 day return our fault winter and waited to long to hook it up who would have ever thought! So not new and improved!

This vacuum is the best I have owned in a long time. Makes its way around the pool very quickly and sucks up all the debris in the pool. My pool hasn’t been this clean in over 5 years. I had a more expensive vacuum and it just hasn’t done the job. Even after a new pump was placed. Rarely gets stuck in my pool. Installation was super easy. This vacuum climbs the side of the walls with ease, going places my other one would not. Much cheaper in price than other vacuums as this also includes hoses, well worth the money you spend. I highly recommend the Octopus Prime.

Box was severely damaged and it was wrapped all over with packaging tape. It looked like all the parts were in the box and not damaged however I think it is a used merchandise. I paid for new. I am keeping it but I have not been able to adjust fin and tube length to stay flat at the bottom of the pool and vacuum entire surface.

This pool cleaner works better than the previous expensive ones we’ve owned in the past. It climbs the walls. It picks up everything! My pool is crystal clear! Glad I took the chance.

This cleaners use to cost around 399.00 back in the year 2000 now for only 100 and the quality is super nice including perfect size hose. Works super good.👏👏👏

This vacuum didn't last 6 months and when I tried to reach out to the seller the email address is no good ... very very disappointed
