The only problem right now is that the hose is to Short. My pool is 32*16. I need a 35 ft hose. They do not offer any extension. I'd have to buy a brand new hose

This is the second one I have had. It does not appear to work as good as the first one, but, is getting the job eventually done. I seem to need to guide this one more than the first one. Nonetheless, cute and the neighbors grandchildren love to watch it 😊👍

She does exactly as stated and moves around the pool to clean up the bottom. We had the ladybug years ago and finally needed a replacement. This is easy to set up, saves us time from vacuuming the pool by hand. Worth every penny and the price is very reasonable! So far it appears to be as durable as the lady bug we had forever!

This item didn't work at all--it just tipped over constantly and I did hours of troubleshooting with online resources/manuals. I attempted to receive product support then return the item a few days after purchasing it, but the 'return product' process forced me into a funnel with an Amazon agent where I was told that the store was contacted. Three weeks later I reached out again because I hadn't heard back from BackyardPoolSuperstore, and an Amazon agent said I would hear from the company in 24h. I reached out a third time because I never heard back and a new Amazon agent told me that the 2nd agent never contacted the company, but that the issue would be sorted out. Backyard Pool Superstore LLC said they will not accept a return because it has been over 30 days. If you check the Better Business Bureau complaints against Backyard Pool Superstore LLC, it appears I’m not alone in being turned away for returns on faulty products. Save yourself the headache and avoid.

She may not look like a serious pool tool but this vac is excellent for keeping the floor of my pool clean! It's so easy to set up and works pretty much on her own (with an occasion unclog when the pine needles get in the pool.) I had a pool party and the pool started turning cloudy the next day, then a little green forming on the floor. We connected her and let her do her thing and she got the job done. At this point, I leave her on a couple days each week to make sure that everything gets picked up and to keep algae under control during this hot summer! I think we have finally figured out how to keep the water clean. I have been struggling each year that I've owned this pool to keep it clean and stabilized. The pool is situated next to a tree line with pine trees and mimosa (lots of little tiny leaves that drop all the time) and she is the perfect addition to the pool tools.

Wanda is a miracle; I swear this thing can see and heads right for the dirt. Got it for my Intex 32x15ft pool. I have the sx2800 pump and sand filter and Wanda works just fine. If the skimmer is on, she goes a little slower but if I turn off the skimmer she powers through the pool. I checked flow and my setup was just a tic above the min line. Everything was plug and play with my pool right out of the box. I only vacuumed once this summer after adding salt to the pool. Wanda has carried the torch since then and she is a champ. Round of applause to Hayward and Wanda. The only complaint I have is her tail does not snap on fully, must be a little deformed. C'est la vie.

This little guy is a godsend for a pool that was placed next to a dang pine tree. Needles, acorns, bugs in the pool all the time. This helps us keep it clean. Our water has never been so clear - we’ve lived here for 3 summers now.We bought this one to replace the one the previous owners left, looked to have been well loved and it was just time for a replacement. Great value, heavy and durable. It does its job and does it well. I joke it earns its keep around here.We have an above ground, round pool. This does not climb, it is solely powered by the filtering system to move around the bottom and vacuum up debris that falls down, which really helps with avoiding algae issues.

We returned our Aiper scuba and purchased this one instead. It does a way better job of cleaning up our 18X33 above ground pool including the wrinkles in the liner ! Well worth the money

So... I ended up purchasing Wanda locally. I waited patiently for her to arrive and FedEx delivered her somewhere else! This was no fault of Hayward or InTheSwim who are both great companies. You do have to set your pump suction a little lower than full throttle for most pumps, There is a bleed off valve that comes in the package to help with this on the suction end. I just adjust mine at the jet side to slow the suction. READ the directions, then READ them again. The hose length is VERY important to Wanda cleaning properly. This little whale works great for a above ground pool. I tried other inexpensive robot vacuums that were self powered, nothing compares to this one. I am very happy and you will be too!

First one I had lasted 3 years, and this one quit at 2 years. Too expensive for this short of a period. The mechanism that makes it move wears out (too it to local Leslie's for diagnosis) amd the cost to replace parts is too expensive, I was told would be about as much as buying a new one. Sucks. It does work really well when it works.
