  • Plant Spacing: 3 feet apart (3-5 seeds per hill, thin to 3 best plants) Row Spacing: 5-6 feet apart.
  • They are one of the best all-around cucumbers available. They have an excellent shelf life and known to be burpless.

(Cucumis sativus ) A keeper! Super tasty and sweet!! The best cucumber in the world! Very tender and smooth, medium green 9" long fruits. Strong vigorous vines produce an abundant supply of tender, burpless cucumbers. Nearly spineless fruits are 6 to 8 inches long, reaching a plump 3 inches wide. Dual-purpose variety makes great pickles and is excellent for fresh eating right out of the garden! These non-bitter cucumbers can be eaten like an apple straight from the garden! They are also well suited to pickling if they are picked at 4"-6" long. Produces abundantly on strong vigorous vines. Non-bitter, burpless variety, can be eaten at any stage of growth. 60 days. HOW TO GROW: Soak seeds overnight before planting either individually in rows or hills of 3-6 seeds each. Tighter spacing and higher yields can be achieved through trellising the plants on fences or poles. Continually harvesting will keep the plant producing new fruits. Heirloom cucumbers do not like acidic soil! To get an earlier heirloom cucumber crop start indoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Heirloom cucumbers are thirsty! Never let them go dry. Heirloom cucumbers are over 95% water. Cucumber beetles are "supposed" to dislike marigolds or wood ashes sprinkled at the base of cucumber vines. *** **SOIL Temperature for Germination: 70-75F **Size at Maturity: 5-6 inches **Plant Spacing: 24", Row Spacing: 36"; **Seed: 4-6 per hill; Thin Plants To 1-2 per hill. **Planting Depth: 1/2" **Hardiness: Zones 4-10 **Sun Requirement: Full Sun/Partial Shade **Days to Germination: 7-14 days **Germination Rate: 92%.

Old seeds that did not germinate. I planet the seeds using Jiffy seed starter kit. Seeds did not germinate and i waisted the money for Jiffy kit. When I tried to get my money back, it is bad business.

I have bought this same pack 4 times now, and 80% of the time, I’m able to get delicious, crunchy cukes. The quality, and value for your money is so worth it. The size is a little smaller than my hand, but the crunch is perfect! Can’t wait for my next batch!

Absolutely the best tasting, smelling and looking Persian Cucumber since I left Iran over 20 years ago.I saved the seeds for 3 years till I moved to a place where I could rock some cucumber madness and they still germinated. They like to sit high with good air circulation and of course daily/consistent watering and good caring eyes and heart.Keep the seeds alive guys... Ordered more

I soaked seeds and planted them two days later and they are going crazy. I’m very happy to have Persian cucumbers growing as I eat a lot of cucumber salad. I will buy again from this company. Thank you.Update:My plants bloomed many flowers, however, it’s been a month and not one cucumber has sprouted. The flowers have fallen off and the leaves are not dark green. I’m so sad.

Excellent germination. The plants are vigorous and they grow and produce extremely well under led grow lights. Only use grow lights for sprouting and seedlings. However. These grow extremely well under my led grow lights. Dark green leaves and it , blooms and sets fruit. I did hand pollenate. Not sure if that is required. Allergic to cucumbers. Planted in 30 gallon grow pot outside. They grow well and everyone likes the texture and flavor. Wish I had planted more. The most vigorous growth and beautiful plants were under grow lights. Will grow this winter in a southern window with a grow light. Growing in a big pot with bent and winding branches makes a cool looking house plant. Especially with blooms and different size cucumbers hanging down. Hanging baskets should also work. .
