I installed new steering rack boots on a 2001 BMW e46. This kit is good because it includes clamps and the bushing that fits over the tie rod. The boot fits well. I have a Lisle crimp tool to secure the clamps. Diagonal cutters or end cutters can also be used to crimp - but need to be careful not to cut clamps. Best to use correct tool. Recommend this kit.

Fits like a glove, no adjustments needed. High quality rubber, i’m sure it’ll last for many years. Would definitely recommend 👍2001 BMW 330Ci ConvertibleE46 M54B30

Perfect fit for 2005 325ci (E46) with sport suspension. Boots were inexpensive and arrived on time. The clamps are fine but I prefer to use zip ties to secure the boot.

I hate the clamps they didn't sinch down quite like other brands. otherwise it's a good replacement I like that you can remove the bellow from either direction after the bushing is installed. using the same part as a replacement in the future will be much easier, and came in handy when I had to change my steering rack and didn't have to remove the tie rod ends

The steering rack side diameter was a bit big.I had to use a worm clamp to seal it.Anyways it worked out good!

Two of these were purchased to be installed on both sides of a 2004 BMW 330ci. They look different than the originals, with large holes on both sides and an adapter to fit the steering linkage, but they fit fine. I don't know if there is a good reason for this configuration, perhaps so the bellows can fit several other cars, but regardless, they work and are keeping road grime out of the steering rack. By counting the turns of the tie rod end for removal and putting them back on the same way, this installation was performed without affecting the alignment.
