I watched a YouTube video to understand how the inside of the refrigerator came apart. Very easy once you follow the correct steps. Easy to replace fan and reassemble the plastic pieces inside the refrigerator.

Did the job getting our fridge back to cold all around and not just freezing cold in the bottom drawer.Note it is possible to replace the fan w/o taking out the drawers. I couldn't get them out as my doors won't swing all the way open due to the enclosure. Just take out the shelves and you get get to the back plate that holds the fan.
