I was surprised by the quality and softness ,as I'd had a Pet heating Pad before, but this one is far better ... the material is soft, cozy and my Furrbaby took to this right away, soon as she saw me set it up ( because o use a regular heating pad at times, if I have a need to do so,and she'll " camp herself out on it'," lol. ) She now has her own, and has used it consistently...I love the Timer / Heat Function and it seems durable ,and not " paper thin " like other Pet Heating Mats . All in all, I will purchase again if needed.

It works very good. I bought 2 other brands too, but this one is warmer, and you can adjust heat levels, 1-5. 5 is very warm, but 1 is still nice and warm. So far I'm very happy. Hopefully it last a long time. I'm using it in an enclosed, insulated cat house on a front porch, out of the rain/direct snow (since its indoor use only). It is sitting in -10 temperature right now, and the temperature inside the cat house is 50 degrees, and thats on setting 4. I haven't even ran it on setting 5 yet, no need to. Highly recommend, Thanks!

Put in in a cat cozy under a thin fleece mat and our cat loves it. She is older and the house pretty cold at night in winter. She seems to be happy and spend most of the time in the cubby.

I bought two for a couple of my cats. They don't have much cushioning, so they don't substitute for a regular cat bed, although I did put a cat bed on top of one of the pads, so the bed is now heated. The controls are good, with heating level and activation time (up to 24 hours, or constantly on). I also use one of them as a slightly heated surface for proofing/rising dough in bowls or pans. It works well for that.

We foster pregnant and nursing kitty moms and their kittens in a spare bedroom. This pad is perfect for them. Never too hot. I do wish that the auto shut off however could be set to 48 hours rather than 24, but 24 works well enough.
