Installation Steps:
A.Before replacing the gasket, disconnect the water source and unplug the washing machine.
B.Use a screwdriver to remove the top control panel and the side panels from the washing machine.
C.Locate the gasket on the drum and use a flat head screwdriver to remove it.
D.Clean the gasket cavity and insert the new gasket.
E.Press all the way firmly around the gasket to make sure it is evenly seated and secure. Reinstall the panels and connect the power and water source.

It arrived on time and it was a bit out of shape due to the small box. Just let it sit in some really hot water to shape it back into place and fit as it should. The price and amount of work required to replace was worth the effort.

The door gasket seal fit perfectly and fixed the leak issue. It’s also nice to get rid of the mold that had slowly grown over 10 years. The hardest part of the install is getting the springs that hold the seal to the tub and door removed and reinstalled. YouTube was a big help with instructions for the project!

Fits just like the original OEM LG Washing Machine Model No. WM3250HWA gasket. My machine has the single hose connection at the bottom for draining which you need to puncture out yourself depending on your machine. Bought this because the original started to tear at that drain area and flood the floor. Waterproof tape, permatex, nothing I could find could fix the tear and made it worse.About 45min to replace the gasket without removing the top of the machine, most of that time is the struggle of replacing the spring clip on the rear basket. A second set of hands might make this a lot easier, but most people should be able to do this, just take your time. The cheaper spring clip tool Amazon has along with needle nose pliers worked for me. Lube wherever the gasket makes contact with liquid detergent to make attaching easy.
